    Absolutely not Recommendation The rooms were dirty and bugs roaming in the room When we said there were no rooms available they said you could not exchange rooms money was refunded but we had to search the hotel again at 24 p.m. Even though we were going to wake up at 5:30 a.m., the most funny thing is if your boss said there were bugs in your house and you were leaving the house or not.     Arrived at 22:00, the door to the hotel was closed, got inside through the back door. It turned out that the hotel was closed for repairs, but the reservations are confirmed and reflected in the system.

    They told me that my online booking that was paid for was not received, had to pay a second time to stay there so i could get a receipt for reimbursement. Come to find out they do these a lot, look like a scam to me. Horrible room, aircon was like a horse galloping in the room. Staff, WTF, need to learn costumer service everyone of them.Stay AWAY!!

    The worst place on earth and the worst staff

    They are a group of thieves*Mohamed,Aly,Sherin and Saber*I booked and paid in advance 4 nights with breakfast. They said Agoda is a scam and didn't pay money to the hotel.They wanted me to pay the accommodation twice. I refusedNext day they stopped the wifi for my room.Also they refused to serve the prepaid breakfast for me and my daughter .They annoyed us to leave..I called Agoda and I left after 2 bad nights for another hotel .Agoda refunded me the value of this 2 nights although I paid more in the other hotel..Please don't go this hotel.If there's the option,I would have sent the photos of this damn place.Thanks Agoda but you have to choose the hotels under your tent.

    Cheap, minimal breakfast compared to other places. Some nice cheerful staff, others (especially the breakfast servers) grumpy. Bars across the road are noisy until late & seem to be a little dodgy....
