    Very bad and unsafe neighborhood

    You can’t walk in the street alone. Prostitution ( 2 clubs and from 8 pm till 5 am ) and robbers try to break in the hotel. Pictures are deceiving. Do not stay at this hotel for your own safety. no amenities in the room very unprofessional host and rude.

    we stayed for 2 days few days back . dnt go with the online pics . the rooms are bad , no one is there at the lobby . the area is too shady . can't walk out of the hotel at night . drunk ppl are there on road .. u dnt feel safe at all there . no house keeping. no one to make bed . no breakfast . u need to manage all by urself . wont never recommend ever , ac doesnt work .. the owners say weather is gud so they have cut the connection of ac .

    I booked this hotel for two nights while in Turkey through trivago which redirected to agoda.com. I checked out from my existing hotel at istanbul and took taxi for this hotel. By Google map I should have been at the hotel in next fifteen minutes. After more than two hours of searching in local taxi and asking every one on street we could not see this hotel. I finally checked in to the same hotel which I left. What's more important is that when we called at the number provided it didn't worked. Then I mailed the hotel people for help and they were so unprofessional if they AT ALL EXIST they never reverted back. Finally I contacted Agoda and they even couldn't really contact them. So I just want to say what's the point of booking such a place in foreign land which can't be traced and when one try to contact them they do not revert. This was one scary experience I had. Istanbul is full of hotels book one which is comfortably approachable.

    i stay here for six days, everything was good and the hotel is beautiful, the staff is nice and helpfull they help the residences for any request. if you will come to istanbul i advice you to come to this hotel and to meet mr. serdar and his staff.     Amazingly clean and spacious hotel in the heart of taksim istanul near many trendy restaurants and shopping and night clubs and bars. the rooms are large and spacious and the beds are very comfortable. the bathrooms are also new and nice. the hotel was great for the value. the management especially mister serdar and khalid were exceptionally nice and helpful. i will recommend this hotel to anyone and i will definately be saying there again.
