    We stayed here for one night, booked to watch the Europa football final. Hotel was in a brilliant location, staff lovely and room was spotless. We arrived early having booked 2 rooms, one was ready early but had to wait on the second. Staff informative and friendly would Definately stay here again if in the area. Only 5 minute walk to taksim square with bars and restaurants.

    For the past three years, I keep coming back to this hotel and I’m not planning to change it. I highly recommend it!! The staff is extremely polite, the rooms are spacious and very clean, there’s a sauna and hammam for relaxation, and the breakfast is excellent! The location is also great — just a few minutes away from shops, cafés, and everything you need. Berjer, see you again next year🫶🏻

    The place for massage is terrible a lot of noise the girl that make me massage every 5 minutes is going outside to see his baby and come back again from the total 45 minutes that i pay the 25 minutes was the massage and not in the front just the back and price was for front and back.Is open every 1 minute the door the time that i make massage .Near was the pool and you hear the shout from the people you dont rest there

    I would give this place a ( - 10 ) if I could they are so rude the hotel is nothing like described online.This hotel is located In doggy area. It's not safe to walk by yourself to the hotel in dark.The hotel itself is a photoshop masterpiece and it's a 2/3 star hotel not 4 like they advertised, not even close to it. The rooms are extremely small. Room for 3 can only fit 2 people.Hotel is super dirty and smelly, staff smokes inside the hotel, even my bedroom was stinky, cigaret smoke everywhere.In the corridor and my bedroom they had cockroaches.They gave me another room and while I was putting my stuff down, some random guys came in and sprayed pesticides spray right in front of me.One of the days my room was randomly left open. Gladly I was away only for 30 min but would have I been away all day I could easily got robbed.Spa is supper dirty, breakfast was ok although they didn't had spoons for coffee or tea had to use wooden sticks.I got so overwhelmed that I booked a different hotel, I didn't feel safe there and it was so dirty I just couldn't stay there any longer.I asked for refund for the days I'm not staying there and they started shouting at me. They got so aggressive and attacked my friend. The reception woman and the manger punched my friend in a face couple times. It was the most scariest experience of my life!Nobody was there to help and I couldn't reach police.I'm so glad I left this place early and only stayed there 2 nights as honestly anything could have happened.Police also advised not to stay in that area but rather stay next to the square on the other side as this place is known for being unsafe.

    Berjer Hotel is a very comfortable property is just five minutes walk to Taksim and Isteklal Street.. Very cozy with wonderful and extremely friendly Staff specially Ms.Duygu. I stayed in the Family room which was decent in size with Heater/Air-conditioning and Mini Fridge TV Locker Slipper etc. The bathroom was a bit small in size but I guess that's how buildings are made on this part of Istanbul. The breakfast was just amazing with plenty of variety and fruits. Would definitely book this hotel again on my next trip to Istanbul.
