    İ went to Berlin hotel with my girlfriend and we were so happy. Hotel is so near to famous places and all staff was be ready to help. Breakfast is not very good but it s enough. İ think hotel is perfect when i compare with others in this location

    The worst ever

    Its the worst hotel i have ever seen. The reception guy was so rude and ironic eoth everyone.The room was very small and dirty. There were hair everywhere on the bed with yellow stains. Photos have nothing to do with the real hotel. I booked it from BOOKING and when i arrived i cancelled it immediately not only because the room it wasnt as it was presented but because of the rude reception guy as well. I booked the room as they call it "suite with balcony" and it wasn't neither suite nor balcony... I made the mistake snd i opened the door to the balcony- it never closed ! Should someone take into consideration all these conditions? We paid for a room not for a stable. And why did they got the payment two days before we arrived?? Really someone has to take into real consideration

    I’ve previously stayed at this hotel as there is easy travel to the American Hospital, my last stay was one year ago. Unfortunately in the last year, the standard has dropped considerably with poor maintenance and cleaning making this stay unpleasant.In particular, the window was falling out and the alternative rooms offered were poor and of an even worse standard.I had my elderly mother-in-law with me and for some of the stay the power was off and the water intermittent. There was not warning that these works would be carried out nor a refund offered.The WiFi was also off for a portion of the stay.The food was poor with a sub-standard breakfast with questionable hygiene.I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody.

    They don't deserving even this one star but there is chance to post this without star. The worst experience ever in my life and I travel all over the world ! ! They took the money from my credit card (actually they stole) without me to allowed and acting like they didn't!!! Cold room without heating like that all place!!! Energy 0!It's not even similar to the pictures what they represent Professionalism BIG ZERO(doesn't exists ) That place shouldn't exist!!! I pay room and left after my long trip in the middle of the night with big baggage on - 4 degrees to find some hotel .I hope so nobody will come to you, because they will do big mistakes .

    I wanna recommend this marvellous and fabulous hotel everyone, who plans to stay in Nishantashi district. I'd stayed there in September, 2018 and was satisfied a lot... Service is on high level, breakfast is very delicious, rooms are so accurate and tidy... I was provided by all I needed. High quality, reasonable prices, if to be honest. Especially, I appreciated a lot stuff's relationship towards us. They treated me as someone very close, and it can't impact you... For me, it was even much more better than luxurious 5 star hotel... Special thanks to receptionist Rauf!
