  They are a scammers and they made me pay 80$ for 2 nights at the first they told me its 20$ for a night and they can’t even speak English only turkish and Arabic NOT recommended at all too much noise.

  MerhabaI stayed at your hotel (Tuesday February 26 - March 2)Ben senin otelde kaldımI have the following complaintsAşağıdaki şikayetlerim var1) You never answer emails. It took several attempts to get my booking confirmed. This is not professional.E-postaları asla cevaplamazsın. Rezervasyonumu onaylatmak için birkaç girişimde bulundu. Bu profesyonel değil.2) You are a hotel with international guests. But hardly anyone speaks English.Uluslararası konukları olan bir otel. Fakat neredeyse hiç kimse İngilizce konuşamıyor.3) I had to ask three times for more pillows. You took more than 24 hours to get them.Daha fazla yastık için üç kez sormak zorunda kaldım. Onları almak 24 saatten fazla sürdü.4) Our bathroom light was broken. We complained every day. It was never fixed.Bizim banyo ışığı kırıldı. Her gün şikayet ettik. Asla düzeltilmedi.5) Some days the room still was not cleaned at 4pmBazı günler oda hala 4 de temizlenmedi6) Cleaner never replaced the toilet roll or coffee or tea Temizleyici asla tuvalet kağıdı veya kahve ya da çayı değiştirmedi7) The phone in the room did not work and was never fixed Odadaki telefon işe yaramadı ve asla sabit değildi8) The breakfast food was very basic and there was very little choiceKahvaltı yemek çok temel ve çok az seçenek yoktu9) This was our first time at Bern Otel.   we stayed in this hotel for one night for certain amount of money which a guy at reception told us . then tomorrow morning when we were checking out . another guy said that we have to pay more . it was nt much but it not nice at all to treat a tourist like this . and bar other people say is true is open until 3 or 4 and it s very noisy . but the rooms are clean .

  There is only one advantage of this hotel which is location to city transport. The hotel is located close to Aksaray metro station which is straight line from airport Ataturk and 2 minutes to T1 tramway station.The disadvantages are the following: 1) the hotel is located close to Mosque and every day at 6 o'clock you will wake up with the prayer 2) the young man on reception is not polite and unfriendly 3) the furniture of the hotel is old and shabby 4) the bathroom smells bad 5) the pressure in the shower is very weak and it's difficult to wash long hair

  I was in Bern hotel one day, and leave it, becouse reception personal thieves money due the payment. Also the price is not compliant to servis. Hotel is tight, close and dark. Very noisy at night. Around a lot of better alternatives, and not so expensive. Ege S, Manager at Bern Hotel, responded to this review Dear Guest,We are sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience here at Bern Otel. You can use the contact form of our hotel website to contact us.Regarding the noise: we have done everything possible to make sure that the outside noise is at a bare minimum. But just like any central area of a metropolitan city, it is not always possible to have a quiet atmosphere, you will see the same issue in every populated metropolitan city like New York City, some noise is always an issue. Hotels further away from the city centre and old Istanbul will have a more quiet experience. Our location does put you right in the middle of the action of the city, and makes it convenient to have access to all the wonderful authentic parts of Istanbul, and this does have its advantages, and disadvantages unfortunately.We would be more than happy to offer you a room which faces our terrace, which should be much quieter, if you choose to stay with us again, we would love to win you back!Thank you for sharing your experience with us.
