    Dirty room, no air conditioning, no kitchenware available

    The cleanliness of the room was unsatisfactory. Furthermore, the air conditioning system's operation was managed by reception, with activation limited to brief intervals upon request. Despite reporting the issue to the manager, the situation remained unresolved, and the air conditioning was non-functional for two consecutive nights. Consequently, I was compelled to seek alternative accommodations after two days, despite an initial reservation for a ten-day stay.     Everything was perfect. Special Thanks to ( Faride, Ali, Ahmet )for your helps. Great place, Great value. Great location. Great price , multi language personals. It is just about 15 minutes walking to taksim square .The area was nice and safe

    Hotel have nice staffs and they clean rooms daily ,good breakfast they change some foods in breakfast every other day, Special Thanks to faride,ali and ahmet .Hotel is in nice area and it's just 10 minutes walking to taksim square .There are also some restaurants near the hotel

    We had a great time at this hotel. Very clean rooms, tasty breakfast and they also helped us with the transfer to the airport. All the receptionists are so friendly and willing to help you with any kind of needs. I cannot find the proper words to thank to Ahmet, a real professional and an amazing human being. I know for sure I will come back to this hotel next time in Istanbul. Thank you for everything!

    The hotel was very nice. It esas in the center of İstanbul Breakfast was very nice. Very close to Taksim Square, staff was very helpful. Especially the reception Ahmet .Thank oyu so much for everything.I really recommend this hotel to everyone.
