    The hotel crew were terrible, very unhelpful for the visitors. The rooms were dirty, housekeeping was not regularly coming to clean the room. You should beg for every regular basic hotel amenities. Parking was a big problem, we couldn’t park our car, because the owner reserve the spot, instead of visitors.

    This hotel is at anatolian site of İstanbul near Anadolu Hisarı. Clean an tidy with moderate prices. For business and short family stays is recommended. Breakfast also served. Making this hotel as a base to visit places at Anatolian site will be a good solution.

    Had to stay here as pre-booked on my behalf. Glad to only spend 2 nights. The receptionist was pretty rude and unhelpful, the room stank of smoke and was pretty dank and dirty. The breakfast was (a generous) OK, but the waitress was pleasant at least. Generally I wouldn't recommend it, but if you do have to stay here, it's fine for a night's sleep, but don't expect much more! Also wifi doesn't work.

    Rude and Inconsistent Reservation Specialist and no room service

    We stayed in this hotel for almost two weeks. There are a couple of cons. First, no room service, which is unbelievable for such a pricey hotel. Second, they have an internet connection problem. Especially, it was rarely possible to access internet. Also, they want all the payment upfront at the check-in 'as a policy'. We never came across an upfront payment demand before. The reservation specialist had acted very weird and rude about it. After staying there for almost ten days, he asked us to pay fully although we also gave some advance payment at the check-in. Interestingly, why didn't he bring this up at the check-in step? I think it is an attitude problem of the particular person. Here is another issue: They did not connect some calls to the room stating that they had to be at the front desk to connect. We had to call back in 5 minutes. Internet connection problem plus this led to a lot of miscommunications and trouble on our side. Again, it is unacceptable at that price level. Also, it is surrounded by hi-rises, no view, so it is depressing not to have a decent view. Parking is another problem. It is located at a street which is still developing business district. So, if you want to have a romantic stay, not really.
