    No AC, room smelled of smoke.

    The good: cleanThe average: breakfastThe ugly: heavy smell of cigarette smoke in the room (several people smoked in the fire exit, corridor + room gets discusting smell.No AC! Asked the receptionist, he told me its only for heating (it was 25 degrees celcius outside)

    Zori from • Well located nearby to tube.The hotel offers delicious Turkish breakfast.Nearby many places to have lunch, dinner and etc. The room was big, comfy, clean and the staff is so friendly especially receptionist Sahara was very warm and nice with me and helpful. I recommend it for both family, leisure or business trip.

    The hotel is situated in a busy not touristic part of Istanbul, on a busy main motorway .Decor is a little dated but facilities are clean .Ask to change the first room give smelling of nicotine, moved to top Floor room better view but unfortunately still the aroma of cigarettes.Staff are friendly and attentive, breakfast good with plenty of choice .The visit was for dental treatment , originally booked for 6 nights but left after 2 due to the clinics poor facilities and staff attitude.

    Spent an unexpected 5 days staying at this hotel. Should have been one night only. The staff were great and made me feel welcome through all the uncertainty. Very clean establishment, breakfast was typical and plentiful.Would definately go back.

    About the location its near the metro station and there are resturants and cafees neerby no gardins its on big main street there are malls about 1 km or so.Pros-The hotel was very clean -room size big-Reception are very friendly Cons-Old furniture-Not all stuff speak english-breakfast is not varied
