    Don't go

    rating17 Nov 2025

Although it's rated as a 4-star hotel, it could generously be considered a 3-star. I received an "offer I couldn't refuse" from the Christian Tour agency in Romania. I was assured everything was fine, but the pictures say it all. I believe the air conditioning hasn't been cleaned since it was installed. Dirty windows, stained walls. Breakfast was somewhat okay — you won't starve — but it was the same every day. The "natural" juice machine only had water. I do not recommend it.

    Do not recommend

I will not recommend this hotel at all Please avoid this hotel it says 4 star but it’s a crapThe rooms are tiny as hell. If you have Obsessive compulsive disorder you might suffer. The rooms are not clean at all. there are soo many stains on the wall and the air condition sucks. We can only control the temperature but not the mode I mean hot or cold we can’t control we should tell the reception each time. And the breakfast area is soo small and same breakfast menu everyday andsome time reception will try to scam you with tinyproblems to get more money and will try to threaten you and black mail. Be careful if your strong and can fight but for truth then it’s fine or you might face some problems and you whole trip will be spoiled.I would recommend neighbour hotel like Ramada and holiday in it’s a bit expensive but worth money than this hotel plss be careful

    Worst hotel

The staff are not friendly and dishonest. The guy's name Ferde was very rude to my dad and he didn't respect my dad's age. Before reservation, they said we can order free cappuccino and tea, then they asked to pay for that. I didn't like the breakfast and the place is not cleanDon't go there

Good hotel in the heart of the city,

    rating28 Dec 2015

I was in need of somewhere last minute to stay in Istanbul, this place popped up, I read the great reviews and booked it for a reasonable price. It seems conveniently located in Fatih if you don't wish to stay over in Taksim, and its quite easy to find too. I was able to walk from the hotel to Sultanahmet, which also gives you a great feel for this city too. Its also within walking distance to other landmarks such as the Grand Bazaar for example.Rooms are small but nice and modern. The shower is also great, nice and powerful. Shame the rooms don't have a kettle though. The breakfast provided was great and a nice insight into what Turkish people eat in the mornings. I must mentioned 2 of the staff at the hotel who were most helpful and pleasant, a gentleman named Mehmet and his colleague Adem, both very friendly. The one issue I had with the location of the hotel was the streets around didn't feel the safest. I would put this down to the mass influx of immigrants to the city escaping war zones who are fighting to survive in this city. Just have your wits about you when walking around at night, and also that goes for the whole city too, as magnificent as it is.

    Superb hotel

    rating15 Dec 2015

My brother and and I stayed in the hotel for 9 nights. The hotel located at Lallie(Fatih) district, although the surrounded area is and full of stores, but the hotel is located at a calm street. It is a few minutes walk to Aksaray tram (T1) station and Vezneciler metro (M2) station and to buses stations. It is within a walk distance from Sehzade Mosque, Suleymaniye Mosque, grand bazar, Sultanahmet area and other historical areas. The hotel rooms are of modern style, clean, spacious and very well furnished with Wi-Fi service. The breakfast is rich with local dishes. The staff of the hotel are very nice, friendly and helpful, thanks to them all. The hotel also offers tours. There is a library in the hotel (in English and Turkish) if one have a spare time. The most important thing about the hotel (after suffering from noisy hotels) is that its walls are soundproof and the management has a strict policy with loud gatherings so we can sleep quietly after a tiring day. My stay in the hotel was very comfortable and I would highly recommend it to everyone.
