in terms of service this is really good and staff are really polite and helpful. The only down side was on the evening dinner as I was really disappointed by the escalope Milanese. really bad, over cooked and tasteless. In general the quality is good and the buffets are very versatile so you can eat well and it is good quality. shame this time it was very low...but don't get me wrong, tis is a great place to stay...i just be careful next time... Not s hotel for a longer stay.

The room was clean. Not impressed by the bathroom. The tiles in the shower seemed dirty with limescale. There was NO pressure on the shower water. It was either really cold or extremely burning hot!. The shampoo was very poor quality. On top of this, the cleaning personnel was speaking extremely loud. on top of this, one cleaning person knocked/stepped into my room while I was in the shower ( it was around 9-9:30)

The room was clean, the bed was confortable, but the window did not close properly even after telling them about the issue, so it was cold during the night.Would appreciated if they gave me another room, but luckly I had to stay only 2 nights.

Restaurant was very good.Repair the airconditioning! It was 30°C outside, and the airconditioning was not working.Also was the ventilation extraction not working. If I have taken a shower, it was like I was in the rain forest in the room. And with only a very small window in the room, you couldn't ventilate.Bad noise isolation, you could hear everything from the room next door rooms and the hallway.

I specially like the room colors. It is a light green, which is in the same time vivid and relaxing. Moreover, the staff there were always very friendly. Last but not least, the breakfast and dinners were always exquisite!I highly recommend this hotel.
