    Don't even think about coming, it's better to sleep on the street

    The worst experience we have ever had. Very very dirty rooms. They smell very bad. Two days without hot water. Several days without heating. The kitchen fires don't work. We stayed for 9 days, they had to clean the rooms and if we didn't complain, there were no towels and they weren't even cleaned. The worst thing is that on the day of the first cleaning, to tell you something, the only thing they cleaned was my wife's expensive cosmetics. We reported it to the reception and on the third day the owner told us that there was no problem, he would compensate us and we still waited. The worst I've ever seen.     The hotel manager was exceptionally helpful and assisted us in many ways as we had never been in Turkey before. Our room was large and included a simple kitchen and dining area. There are many excellent restaurants and other facilities within walking distance. This hotel is perfect for folks who need a long-term residence more than an overnight stay.

    My husband and i stayed at this hotel for 4 days we could not sleep one night because they gave us the ground floor room which is in the crowded street i told the reception but they did not care this room should not be used cause it is very very noisy place , the bed was awful the breakfast was awful as wellNever ever back to this place

    Nice hotel , kind of apartment hotel style.. , full kitchen , very useful and nice staff , we ask for child bed and they provide a nice big one immediately , nice area in the center of everything.. Shops and stores every where around , very quiet.
