    Budget friendly and calm area

    Its defiantly a budget hotel, so not expect any of the fancy services of the hotels, coz even some days you will not have room service, the location is just 5 minutes walking distances of Istiklal road, calm area and for me it was super safe, stayed for full day without electricity but it was fine as the weather was amazing when i was there in August, the owner was super polite and helpful, the main reason i chooses the place was foe the elevator and also the washing machine.

    A very elegant and beautiful hotel, I would love to stay in it, and if I went back to Istanbul, I would return to live in it. The beauty of the rooms, their cleanlinessthe staff they are sooooo kind.Thanks for the beautiful days and thanks for the hospitality.Ameny🌹

    Pathetic scam - Please never book this hotel

    We booked this hotel for 4 nights from Booking.com reading the reviews and considering the location.We arrived there at 10 pm and the person told us that he has canceled the booking since our card does not work.This was such a lame excuse since I had just used my card 5 min back, and used it again to book another hotel after this incident.We offered him to use the card in front of us or we can also pay by cash, to which he said he has no rooms available. Apparently his friend who was sitting just there had some rooms available in his hotel next door.This is such a pathetic way to scam people. Me and wife did not feel comfortable and left from there.Luckily we found a very good hotel just 100 meters from there.Please save yourself from the horror and stay away from the place.

    Room is very small and not good for claustrophobic people and the breakfast is avoidable. The location is perfect as it is just couple of minutes from Taksim square and staff are flexible in giving late check out

    We booked a double bed room through a deal online. The price was very good. The location was central (taksim square). However, on arriving there, they told us that the room included in the deal booking was the basement room. This fact was nowhere mentioned in the deal we booked. When we went to the basement room, it reeked of seepage smell, so much that I used to dread going back to the room. It was also very suffocating and very minimal move around space. The bathroom door barely closed as it was too small. They said if we wanted to shift upstairs it would cost us an extra 10 Euros per night. We spent 2 days in that room but could not bear to stay there any longer because of the intense smell and suffocation. Also, the washing machine had not been cleaned prior to our coming, neitherhad the fridge been cleaned. I could also see cobwebs on the walls etc. Anyhow , we then shifted to a room upstairs, agreeing to pay the additional cost. The TV wasn't working in this room, the staff said they'd change the TV but it never happened during the length of our stay. However, this room was slightly bigger than the previous one. The staff was also cooperative and friendly. The central location was really the winning point of this hotel.
