    I attended this hotel on my own for 10 days. Anything I requested I was given the answer. No sorry / extra pillows, tea, lemon for my tea, little things- staff were not welcoming this hotellooks lovely for the aesthetic but would never book again, Breakfast and food is very poor. Spa was lovely. The women are very nice.

    All the staff at Boris Hotel are incredible! They are always eager to assist and go the extra mile when needed. This is my third visit to the hotel, and I would like to give a special thank you to the housekeeping team; they were simply fantastic! My stay was from March 2 to March 9, 2025.     Me and my wife shocked! Please just look at those photos and than you ll book or not. Photos prove their low quality. Nothing in fridge and all furnitures are damaged old, carpets are smelly and toilet stone broked once repaired and just hanged as like on photos. Airco remote not working properly bcaze of damage display screen. We are really sad. We made Huge mistake.

    Fantastic view Excellent service , Its must be 5 star hotel !All is superRooms are clean , big... room service perfecteverything is really super...quite location ... little bit far a way from center...For sure i ll be back !
