    Horrible just avoid at all costs !!

    So to begin with, the hotel is nothing like the pictures it’s literally a tiny entrance with a tiny stairs, its smells rotten and it’s full of garbage everywhere the rooms are so outdated and everything is broke when I saw this k refused to check in the manager insulted me and kicked me out of the lobby and didn’t refund my money although I didn’t check in !! Attached are some of the disaster I saw

    One of my friend stay in this hotel and there was her Birthday- we arranged gift for her and call to hotel to organize it in the room. Reception by name Suleyman Bas - organized everything very smooth and added additional decors and send as photos - which was just amazing. He is very kind and helpful and very professional- Good that you have such kind of persons in your hotel - i think he has to be Employe of the month- Thanks to Suleyman.

    Come on nice hotel but the concierge is terrible woman she work without smile and empathy. Also in the room there is a strong smell from toilette water. Terrible. We must sleep with open door. Come On find a solution for this problem. By the way is cheaper.

    Easy Walking distance to the convention center and also good proximity to the metro. For the price, you get your money's worth. A newer hotel. Everything you may need in the safe, not noisy neighborhood. Many restaurants, ample supermarkets. The one air-conditioning unit in the window worked fine. The Box Hotel's breakfast: olives, cheeses, breads, coffee, hard-boiled eggs--adequate, clean and filling. Wi-fi worked without a problem. I looked out over the street.Here's the squeamish part; there are only 8 rooms in the entire hotel! Your small boxy cube room occupies one entire floor of the hotel. With your room key, the elevator opens into your room! There is no hallway. Fortunately, there are emergency stairs on the other side of your room, and the door works to let you out, just not back in. It's a different set-up but it works. Because of the good location, I would return to this Box Hotel.

    Cute little hotel located 10 minutes away by foot from Taksim. The hotel is simple, but the rooms are very cosy and well decorated. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is simple, but good, and there are multiple cafes nearby where you can get good turkish food/tea/coffee.
