    Great Value on the Asian Side

    Clean, quiet, and up to date accommodations. Staff is very friendly and attentive. The breakfast has plenty of variety, just not the highest quality. Good location on the Asian side. The surrounding area is an upscale area with plenty of restaurants, grocer, retail stores and coffee shops. Taxi for 150-200 lira and 10 mins gets you to Kadikoy. The Buem is a great value!

    It's a nice hotel to stay a few night. Receptionist were so friendly and helpful! If you have a plan for coming to asian part of Istanbul, don't hesisate to stay in this hotel. I enjoyed too much. My experience was very wonderful. I recommend you!!

    The room was comfortable, the breakfast had plenty of variety and great tastes, and most important, the service was terrific! We were moving from this hotel - our conference hotel - to a place in the old city to visit the sites after the conference we'd attended. Ozan went out of his way to make it possible to do one last activity while our bags were taken by taxi to the second hotel. This is just one example of the many kindnesses of the staff that we experienced over a 5-day stay. I would happily stay there again.

    The hotel is excellent, we were very satisfied with the room: modern, very clean, cosy, with all the facilities, including an iron+ironing table, which was great for us. The personnel was extremely kind and helpful and at the reception desk they speak good English. And.... amazing breakfast! With plenty to choose from.

    We spent 9 nights in the hotel and due to a medical procedure we spent most of our time in Istanbul in the hotel. They reconfirmed my belief that non chain hotels are most of the time much better in services. I just list bullet points below, because there is so much to say:1. The staff is amazing. They are there for you 24/7. If we needed ice at 3 o'clock in the morning, no problem at all. They are smiling, helping and serving the guests all the time, anytime2. The breakfast is also amazing. The mix of international and Turkish items is fantastic, the breads were just like in Germany, the pancakes like in the US and so on. 3. The 24/7 room service is ok, the menu is a bit short, especially when you are stuck in the hotel for an entire week4. The rooms are large, beds are comfortable, and the bathroom amenities would easily go to a 5* hotel5. On the side, their coffees and teas are fantastic and you can get a cup anytime of the day6. Very knowledgeable front desk staff, we asked a few things like taxi prices and recommendations, they did not disappoint7. The location of the hotel is ideal, especially if you go to Turkey for medical procedures, most doctors and facilities are on the Asia side. Also the hotel is close to some grocery shops and restaurants which was essential in our case8. The one single glitch we had was that when we checked in, they did not ask if we wanted a smoking, or no smoking room. We got a smoking one, but since we did not smell cigarettes in the room, we did not complaint. I wish I would have this as my biggest problem in any other hotelGuys, if you read this, thanks for everything, you are running a fantastic business
