The hotel was okay, but not great. The window was broken, the hook in the bathroom was broken, and I could not control the heat properly, either too hot or too cold. They did not provide enough towels or additional blankets. Not enough plugs to power up devices, when I asked for a power bar, I was told to go out and buy one! The television did not have English channels.

The Buke Hotel is a beautiful hotel located in a very exciting part of Istanbul. You are just a short walk to many amazing restaurants and cool shops. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly and always accommodating. The housekeepers Seyhan and Bahar were always friendly, positive and never stopped smiling. They are hard working women who I respect for their impressive work ethic. The morning breakfast crew were also very nice and eager to assist. I want to mention Turgay and Umut for always being friendly and attentive when I stopped to have breakfast. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many food choices. The front of the house staff and front desk crew were also always friendly, professional and made me feel like I was home. Please recognize the amazing customer service I received from Ilker, Israfil, Nergis, Miktot, and Oya. I was especially impressed with Oya. She was amazing and a true professional. I hope the owner and management realize what a great staff they have. You should be proud. I highly recommend anyone visiting Istanbul to stay at this wonderful hotel. It’s the best!!!

The hotel was very good, the reception and breakfast staff were very friendly and talkative, the breakfast was varied and very tasty, the price of the hotel was very good compared to its facilities and rooms. But an angry lady from the hotel administration was shouting and fighting on the phone from the day I arrived until the day I left, and it was very annoying for me. The location of the hotel is good for healthy people, the room was cleaned every day by two kind ladies and their work was really good. Thank you to the management of Buke Hotel

Hi I had booked this hotel based on the comments on this site and booking so I wanted others not to make my mistake.- Reservation staff were not polite and professional at all, they did not even know how to greet. - The cleanliness of the room, which is quite obvious in the pictures, as well as the unpleasant smell in the room. -The beds and pillows were very old and uncomfortable and they did not change the bed all seven days we stayed. -They do not have a bathrobe and the shampoo and bodywash were very bad, we bought them from outside.- They do not have toothbrushes and toothpaste, and unlike other hotels, which, if you ask they give you, buke reservation staff tell me go and buy from outside.- Instead of a cup or mug, they put a paper cup in the room and did not give me a glass, despite my request.This was my sixth trip to Istanbul and it was the worst stay I had in a hotel.

Amazing hotel in a good location.Unfortunately we spent our last night in there during our 2 weeks stay,butWe had a great experience and definitely will go back to them during our next visit in Istanbul. Great hospitality! Beautiful Hotel and friendly staff :)
