    The room was very small, with no space for luggage. It was also not clean and smelled like cigarette smoke. We made the reservation and paid from Tunisia through an agency. Despite this, they asked for a $300 deposit. When we requested to change the room, the staff said there were no other rooms available. However, when I checked on Booking, there were rooms listed as available. It was a nightmare, so we decided to change hotels. The entrance to the hotel was also not clean.

    Worst hotel ever !Dirty smelly towels dirty floors sticky stairs dirty bathroom!! Room smelled awful😮‍💨Kitchen where the breakfast get prepared needs to get inspected we saw inside the kitchen with our own eyes!! we ate our breakfast outside,they even offer shisha at breakfast hall while others eat and the hotel staff eats there too! you can not rest or sleep until 3 AM from loud music outside, Shisha smoke all over the hotel from down stairs till terrace!!Don’t book this hotel !! Especially if you plan your trip with children!!

    1.DIRTY This place should be visited by sanitary inspectors first.The kitchen is disaster, very very dirty, so we eat our breakfast outside. Dirty towels (wet and not ironed), dirty flower, sticky and also in room there is a bad smell, mixed with smell of mold, shisha ( there is a shisha bar dow stair) and food.We change a room twice, a firts time there was a terrible room with dust and spider webs.Bathroom the day we entered a room, was dirty. I found a bunch of hair in a douche.2.NO SLEEPThere is a music outside till 3 or 4 AM, bad music.3.A LOBBYIt looks like the end of the war, like a bus station :(, even guys that work there try their best, but there is no condition for nothing.Do not go in this hotel never ever, it is scam.

    Very bad place , bad personnal , terrible breakfast , room very bad condition ! Please becareful from those Turkish people w working inside this hotel if the room has damage before they try to report you to booking .com to make money from you … it’s a scam hotel becareful really that happen to me …

    The most terrible hotel , rude staff , breakfast is the worst ever and always staff sit eat same time of people are eating and from people buffet as well I never saw that in my life ! And after they tell you sorry sir we don’t have anymore bread and you paid your breakfast daily 12 euros nearly to tell you you can’t eat , room very dirty and broken shower , water came from everywhere , dirty sheets of the bed and curtains and during 4 nights of staying only 1 time they came to clean without changing the sheets bed …. Electrical plugs are broken and dangerous to someone can be electrocuted … this hotel should be only hotel without any star or better to be close honestly …. I don’t recommend this place to anyone …. Plus they are thief on reception !
