  Stayed here recovering from surgery, room was plenty big enough for 2 however the heating did not work despite reporting to receptions on umpteen occasions and even my surgical coordinator getting involved nothing was done. I had to ask for an extra duvet and even that didn’t make a difference. I had 3 duvets on my bed plus a fleece blanket but still had to sleep fully dressed. You could see our breath it was that cold! And I’m from Scotland…I know cold. The spa my partner used and would not recommend unless you wanted a big smile. She also did not have change promised she would leave with reception but was never seen again!!

  LOCATION is very good and near to the metro station and 10 min walk to one of the biggest malls in Istanbul. The best thing in this hotel is the staff. All of them are very helpful and friendly, specially Murvet & Ismael and the guy who works at night (sorry i forgot his name). They all made our stay very pleasant.Room cleaning lady was very nice as well and always had a smile on her face.The breakfast is decent as well but not too many varieties however this was okay to us.Overall this was a 10/10 experience and i totally recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Istanbul due to location, value of money and all mentioned above.

  Staff - All the staff were amazing, Greeted me everything I passed reception. Super friendly. Cleaning - My room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels left out everyday for the duration of my stay (6nights). Breakfast - Awful, I recommend not paying for the breakfast option and I see many other reviewers have mentioned the same. Extremely poor selection of food, very bland and basically nothing had any flavor to it. Rooms - My room was large, WIFI worked well. It was a bit patchy at times but nothing the lasted more than 5minutes at anytime. The room I stayed in was on the 4th floor to the back of the hotel. It could have done with some TLC (It was very clean, just a bit run down). Every night I was woken also by very loud stray dogs. The view from the bed was dilapidated building. It says the room features a mini bar - this is incorrect, there is a mini fridge with free water daily - nothing else. Location - close to a main street and public transport, close to an amazing big shopping center called the CEVAHIR Mall. Fitness Centre with Gym / Workout Room - These weren't open of available to use during my entire stay. Bar/Restaurant - although the photos make it look like there's a bar/restaurant, there is not. The only time I seen people eating was in the morning. You can order room service but it comes from a local takeaway (I also wouldn't recommend it).

  Only been built for a few months. Spotless. Great, happy, welcoming staff. Flawless. Decent location. Great breakfast. Extremely responsive to requests. The staff will generally be at your door within a few minutes of calling reception.

  Positives:I stayed here for over a week with my son. As we were staying for longer than 7 nights due to surgery, we were given a free upgrade to allow more comfort. This was greatly received. The room was very spacious and very clean. The cleaner worked super hard and cleaned and changed sheets/towels daily. Shout out to the cleaner! The room was a superior double with a sofabed. The sofabed was actually comfortable and suitable for adults. The main bed was very large and had a selection of soft and medium pillows. The bathroom was lovely and the walk in shower was amazing. The glass does have a twist button to turn an internal blind so you can not be seen from the bedroom. There is a fridge that is decent sized and a laptop size safe. There is a full length mirror on the door and lots of lighting. The room was sectioned off into a bedroom and living area- the pictures do not do the room justice, actually a lot nicer in person. Perfect room temperature at all times! The staff were friendly and ordered taxis and guided room service or takeaways to your room. Breakfast was actually really good. You had a choice of continental or traditional Turkish. I wish I would have had the Turkish earlier in the week, the omelette was perfect washed down with freshly squeezed orange juice.Negatives: On occasions cigarette smoke could be smelt coming either through the vents or under the door from other rooms. The walls are quite thin so if you do have noisy neighbours - take some earbuds.
