  Don't recommend! The staff steals your items and the rooms are in awful state.

  The room is clean for the first two days when you arrive then you realize they don't replace sheets or wipe floors. They sometimes bring towels. When I was leaving and was packing I noticed my underwear, socks and some of the stuff you won't notice right away was missing. I looked everywhere and it was nowhere to be found. Since the staff here isn't to be trusted you put the dnd paper but guess what? They will come in anyway! The food is inedible so prepare some money for a breakfast and the rest. The floors are covered in hair especially around the beds. Overall awful experience! Don't recommend!

  It was a very bad experience. We booked a family room for me and my family of four beds. However, we only received three beds when we arrived. Upon asking, he replied that the large room was reserved and could be available to you the next day, knowing that we made a reservation and paid the entire amount. After I refused the small room He used profanity and said there was no room, so we called the police, and when the police arrived, he refused to tell them the truth, but after I told him I would tell them, he told them the truth, and the police officer asked me to accompany them to establish a formal investigation with the hotel employee, but my children started crying, so it was difficult for them. The hotel isn't recommended

  Glad to be here :)The location couldn't be better, 5 to 10 minute walk to all major sights at Bayazit and Sultanhamet. Manager Natalija is always ready to help you.   Beautiful Istanbul and good hotel where we were staying. Hotel staff is friendly. Room is clean and big. Location of this hotel is so good, in old part of town and it's very near a The Sultan Ahmed Mosque ( popularly known as the Blue Mosque) Topkapi Palace and Aya Sofya about a 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Lift in the hotel is very interesting. I recommend.   I stayed here for a night and we were kindly proposed to stay in recently refurbished new building.The breakfast menu was not very big but still ok.The good side of this hotel:-it is in a walking distance to main historical places (Bayazit Square, Grand Bazaar, Aya Sofia Museum and Topkapi Palace),-cheaper than those hotels that closer to historical places,-close to tram and metro stations.
