Location

This hotel is located in the heart of the business district east of Istanbul, on the Kozyatağı-Asian side. Well-known shopping centres can be found close to the hotel. Restaurants, bars and nightlife can be accessed easily by public transport. Istanbul Park, Formula 1 and Moto GP track, is 20 km away from the hotel. Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, The Grand Bazaaar and The Blue Mosque are all about 45 minutes away on public transport.

Facility

129 non-smoking rooms are located on 16 storeys and can be reached by 3 lifts. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas.     This hotel is close to the metro station.The staff are very good.Rooms are not so bad but the bathroom needs a good refresh. The breakfast was very good, containing different types of dishes (Eggs, pastries, cookies, cheese, bread etc)As a tourist in Turkey as was expecting to have the option for Turkish coffee instead of the coffee machine with powdered milk which I couldn't drink.

    I book this hotel due to convenient location for a business meeting. Single room was spacious enough with a huge and comfortable king size bed. Helpful staff from the very beginning, easy check in/out. However, hotel needs an urgent refurbishment to keep the category. Indeed breakfast is too simple, more variety should be a must.

    Ripped Off with Unreasonable Late Check-Out Fees and Disrespectful Service

    I booked a room at the hotel for one night at a rate of 2741 TL. The next day, after finishing my work around 5 p.m., I was heading back to the hotel to check out and collect my belongings when I received a call from hotel management. They felt the need to inform me at that hour that I could not check out after 12 p.m. The person who contacted me was extremely rude and spoke to me in a scolding manner.When I arrived at the hotel, they didn’t allow me to enter my room to collect my belongings and continued with the same disrespectful tone. Initially, they demanded an additional fee higher than what I had already paid for the night (over 3000 TL). When I pointed out that this amount was unreasonable, they then insisted that I pay a fee of 1859 TL. To avoid missing my flight, I had no choice but to accept. In short, I was essentially ripped off for nearly 70% of my nightly rate under the excuse of a late check-out fee. Even if there had to be a late check-out fee, it should not have been this excessive. They could have informed me about it immediately after the check-out time, and they could have also communicated in a more respectful tone.

    Cleaning is so bad food is very poor insects in rooms and even i changed the room but still so bad The fridge is not working then they get a new one I lost first 2 days to fix issues and still finding alot of issues They have a very big issue in management means they working fire fighting no one is checking the rooms before the guest comes and using guests complaints to fix which is really very bad I stayed in a very small hotels was far away better than this hotel

    + let’s start from the plus: So close to the metro station. So minuses:- it’s definitely not 5 stars hotel: the bathrooms are old with bad smell. - the breakfast exists. But all our group members got food poisoning (since I worked remotely I ate in the hotel only). I went to the reception to inform about it and ask them to take actions to avoid it in future, the receptionist Fatih told that “who knows where have you been”. That was quite rude - Since we just have asked water and where is the closest pharmacy. In 20 min we got a bottle of water. It was very important to have it since it was complicated to be so far from WC. - not all receptionists are English speakers. - bad mark to Fatih, who was so negatively emotional. Be careful. - weak/poor wi-fi (except 12th floor)- btw, when you are using the local wi-if the booking is not working for Istanbul search. - cleaning is for 3 points from 5. - poor sound insulation
