    my girlfriends bank card got lost in to a bank cash machine or maybe stolen, this sweet man helped us with everything to get it back and walked with us to the centre from one side to the other side, tried everything to get it back and try try get a solution, this man deserves everything (Ercan) he is so hospistable.The room was also clean and good, normally they clean after 3 days, but we only stayed for 3 nights so he cleaned our room everyday Kind regards, Celine and winay from Holland :)

    We are very satisfied with the hotel and mostly with hotel management, long story short goes like this. We were coming from the airport, tired and when we checked in at the hotel Ercan Sekercan explained every single detail how to get around the city, what was fair to pay for some services and what was more impressive was when we asked for some restaurants and he personally took us to three different places and waited until he make sure we were happy. This is above and beyond customer service.This hotel has a great location, it's under price and many food choices close by.We are from USA.

    We had a great time in Istanbul. Carina apartment was very cheap and close to all tourists attractions. I would recommend to others, except old people. The manager of the hotel was very helpful. Nice and clean apartment.

    Carina Hotel is within walking distance of The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace Museum, The Grand Bazaar, and many other places. The manager was very helpful and always gave essential information of the area. The hotel was clean and relatively quiet, with all the facilities as needed. I would definitely book this hotel again.

    Room was really clean and neat. Manager was nice, honest and realible. When we came there, he helped us warning us to watch out for taxi drivers in Istanbul (not everybody have taximeter...). The room is quite comfortable, but there are a bit of noise from the nearly street and mostly from the near mosque (it is wakened us up at 6.00!!) :D
