    I was in the hotel for eid al adha vacation the hotel is ecomony but staff and cleaness in rooms was better than some 5 stars hotel.. the man on receptione “SMILE” was so welcoming and helped us a lot in whatever we needed .. room seevice was done daily.. the location is perfect especially if u need access to public trans.

    Terrible Experience – Do NOT RecommendThis is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything about this place is bad, starting from cleanliness to service.When we first arrived, they gave us a room that was underground, extremely narrow, dirty, and very uncomfortable. It felt more like a storage room than a hotel room. The elevators are always crowded and slow, which makes moving around very frustrating.In the middle of winter, there was no hot water in the bathroom, which is completely unacceptable.The next day, they changed our room, but the situation became even worse. The new room had a strong sewage smell that made the stay very uncomfortable.Cleanliness is terrible throughout the hotel, including the rooms and bathrooms. Hygiene is clearly not a priority.The breakfast is very poor, low quality, and not worth it at all.We also asked for a late check-out until 1:00 PM, but the staff refused with no flexibility or understanding.Overall, this hotel is very, very bad. Bad rooms, bad smell, no hot water, terrible cleanliness, terrible breakfast, and poor service.I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    Terrible Experience — My Wallet Was Stolen from My Room

    I stayed at Cartoon Hotel in Istanbul (near Taksim) and had a very bad experience. During my stay, my wallet was stolen directly from my room while I was away. I immediately reported it to the hotel staff, but unfortunately, their response was unhelpful and careless. I felt completely unsafe and disappointed by the lack of responsibility from the management.What made things worse is that another guest also reported a similar theft around the same time, which makes me believe this is not an isolated case.I strongly advise anyone planning to stay here to be extremely cautious with their belongings or consider choosing another hotel in the area. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had as a traveler.
