    No instructions on how to even access the hotel. We finally found the hotel and it’s inside a shopping centre, which isn’t stated anywhere - I wouldn’t have booked it if that was the case. We eventually found the lift to get up to the floor the hotel was on (supposedly floor 6) to then see in tiny writing on a sign by the elevator door that we needed to be on floor 8 rather than floor 6 - why isn’t this not stated downstairs by the elevator? Absolute shambles of a place! Rung the door to get in to check in and there was no answer - we rung several times and no one answered, luckily another guest was coming out of the check in door and they let us in, otherwise who knows how long we would’ve been waiting to get in!! Hallways by the elevators are dirty and dark ( I will insert a photo ) only one elevator was working and it was a small one that would fit no more than 2 people and 2 suitcases in. Radiator was noisy and constantly making a clicking noise. The area wasn’t the best location, very scruffy and a lot of dodgy people. We were even told by the locals to avoid Ishøj as they said it was known as the “ghetto”. Very good train connections though. Only positive thing was the bed was comfy.

    It's creepy at night and it has a bizzare check in policy but it was clean and comfortable. You get what you pay for which is what all you could really want. It's handy being in a big shopping centre and next to a train to get in and out of Copenhagen.

    Check in procedure was awful. Reception was closed. No any information about how to get to the hotel out of reception time. No any information provided by email: pin codes, etc. It took almost two hours to get into my room. Barbara Vestphael Christensen, Direktør at Four Points Flex by Sheraton Ishoj, responded to this review We are sorry to hear the hotel did not live up to your expectations. Our reception desk is closed during the night. The opening hours of the reception is stated on all booking website from our own to travel agents websites like Booking.com, Expedia etc. Furthermore, we send out an automated mail when you book through the travel agents' websites stating our opening hours, location, terms of parking (free) and where to check-in when arriving at the hotel. It is correct you need a PIN to enter the hotel. We send the PIN to all arrivals who have booked before noon in an email with check-in instructions. If you book a room on the same day after noon you will still receive the automated email with check-in instructions clearly explaining that you need to either call us beforehand to receive the PIN or contact us upon arrival where we can assist you remotely by opening doors and checking you in if you have difficulty doing so on our check-in machine. Our service phone +45 70 235 635 is available 24H every day of the week. The same applies to our door phones at the hotel. We are very sorry to hear it took you more than two hours to get to your room. Please contact us if you are in need of help as we could have reduced this process to about 10 minutes in total.     Weird and Funny

    We first went to check in on Level 8 (which should’ve really been Level 6...if you want to speak to someone face to face). So we checked in through an intercom and were asked “What city do you want to check in to?” I wanted to be sarcastic and say “Beijing”....but I said “here....Copenhagen...we’re on Level 8.”Our first night at 11:30pm, we woke up to 3 guys laughing at the end of our bed saying that we were in their room. They were obviously checking in late and their key somehow got access to our room. I don’t wake up that well and to have 3 guys talking another language in front of us at the end of our bed while my partner is half naked...was strange. The staff were very apologetic, but had no explanation or compensation or anything....not even a free breakfast.Your room isn’t cleaned everyday, it’s like a ‘when we feel like it policy’, which left us searching for toilet paper.Not that this bothered us but Levels 7,9 and sometimes 8 reeks of weed.Yeh tea and coffee would be great in the rooms too.Having said all that, the staff were always really nice....but just some STRANGE things. The reason why we have the sign with check in 8th floor is due to the reception has limited opening hours during winter, so to avoid our guests to take the lift to the 6th floor and come to a closed door, to call our 24 hours service to get informed they need to got to the 8th floor, we think the direction works better for our guest by directing them directly for the 8th floor.At some point we hope to move our reception to the 8th floor as well so we will see our guests more during their stay with us. We have had some problems in our upturn with people sitting, and smoking we are doing our best to fix this issue, and we are working together on this issue with the shopping center, and aswell the city hall. Its a work in progress and I try will hard to get it fixed properly.
