Location

This hotel lies in the heart of the new city, very close to the nightlife of Istanbul. Dolmabahçe Palace is 5 minutes away by public transport.     I stayed there with my girlfriend and i can just say few words about hotel.It looks already a bit old and rooms really need a renovation.Staff they did their best to help.Just i thing i didn get at all, when i asked glass for whiskey they gave me paper glass i asked for glass one but they said i dont have it. It was weirds really! Anyway that all my thought about hotel.

    This hotel is beautiful in a very old-fashioned sort of way.It is without a doubt in my top three hotels I have ever stayed in.The service is impeccable and the rooms are beautiful. The bed was firm and delivered a wonderful night sleep.This is an old-fashioned high class hotel.It is not quite perfect ,the televisions are not great, the water is not quite hot , but I fear that when they eventually give this place a refit, it will lose masses of the charm which makes it wonderful.

    Hotel located is near to Taksim Square, 10mins. walking distance.Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had a good view of the Bosporus river from the room.Cleanness - Carpet: 3.5/5.Bathtub - 3/5 because of the tub height.Breakfast- 4/5.

    The rooms were spacious, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was varied and delicious and the mattress was very comfortable. For any problems, Emre was quite helpful. Near the metro so handy for getting around. Fitness center available too

    A bitter sweet experience

    Karam, the person at the reception, welcomed us very politely and catered to our queries respectfully. He suggested for the right room for 3 and provided us with a suite room. Mustafa too was polite. Besides them, most of the staff was absolutely rude and not at all respectful. The staff at the breakfast area was decent. As far as the rooms are concerned, they are pretty decent and well maintained. Really nice rooms with bathrooms too. The room service was not good. We stayed for 2 days but both the days, after room cleaning, water was not provided. On requesting for water, a lady staff replied that the water would be provided in the afternoon. We had to go to the reception and argue to get our bottles. Buffet: Breakfast a some variety and the space is cozy and good to sit. All the types of bread provided for the breakfast were hard. The kiosk for orange juice did only give out water on one of the days. Location: location is really great as it is close to Istiklal street which is a vibrant street to roam for long.
