    I was there for 6 days, everything was perfect.

    It was perfect, room had many closets, cleanliness was good. very good breakfast, especially its daily cakes and custard. Also perfect breakfast services, with friendly atmosphere. I was been there for an exam, so I need its silence. Staffs were hospitable.

    I spent one week in Cheya hotel and it was amazing. The room was very clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. Cheya hotel is in a good location and you can access to restaurants, supermarkets and bus station easily. I liked breakfasts. I enjoyed my residence and recommend it to you.

    I stayed at the Cheya Besiktas Hotel for a week. The environment and facilities of the hotel were very good. The hotel staff were very kind and lovely, especially Ms. Oxan, who was present at breakfast hall and warmly welcomed us every day and she made our breakfast time more pleasant.

    I have been recently in this hotel for three nights. The room was old , tired and really not very clean. The bathroom was quite small and the shower was a disaster. No separate shampoo , no separate body shampoo… nothing like a 4 star hotel. The breakfadt was the worst part. I can tell even in 2 star hotels you will have more options to eat, for me as a vegan , the only available thing was bread and jam! I have never seen such breakfast in any 4 star hotel. The best part was the receptionists, very helpful and kind , specially mr mohammet ( if i spell it correctly ) who helped us a lot to find a taxi when we were hopeless. The only credit for this hotel is their staff. I strongly ask the managers to reconsider the breakfast. It is nothing like a 4 star hotel.

    In my residence in Cheya Hotel, everything was good in general view. Maybe there are a few details that could be better such as the view of the windows. But we are satisfied in general. The suite is convenient with a sitting room and 2 bedrooms and a small kitchen with all necessary appliances. Beds are so comfortable. But most of my score goes to members' hospitality. Ms Oxana with her constant smiling face who prepares super delicious breakfast; Mr Kenan with his politely manner who tries to help us in every possible issue. Mr Erkan who always provides every necessary thing ASAP with a kind attitude.
