  Such a worst staff and hotel in istanbul, third class back street hotel, don t trust any booking organizations about this hotel, management is selling rooms to different customers and last minute you have to looking for another hotel because of unprofessional and rude management, prices can change every single moment, never again!!!

  Last year we had a turkey trip, and part of it was visiting Istanbul. It was a good accommodation even had a free breakfast as part of the price we paid for. The room was big but some of the bathroom fixtures need fixing. Overall, it was good. It had a nice view of the other buildings in the city. What I love is the accessibility to a lot of spots and the train station.

  What I expected was a standard room, and was presented with what probably equals prison facilities in Mexico. This is NOT a 4* hotel! This is not even a 1* hotel! Don't let the work "DELUXE" fool you into thinking that this hotel has anything to do with luxury. The towels and bed sheets are replaced probably on a weekly basis, we never experienced it during our 5 days stay. The bathroom is falling apart, faucet and the shower are kept together with the zip stripes, there is a single 30x30 cm window and a single 40W bulb on the ceiling. The light suckets above the mirror remind you that once there was a light there. You need to remind the reception desk that you are missing toilet paper. The only moment when the toilet seat was complete, was the moment when the hotel was opened. Breakfast is served in the rooms with no cutlery, so remember to get something for your butter. You can expect very and I mean very limited English from the 2 guys on the reception desk (reception desk is the desk right to the entrance to the hotel lobby. Anything you see on the photos presented on any booking site has nothing to do with reality. The only good thing about this hotel is their heating system! If you get a room that is on the 3rd or any of the upper floors, do not expect warm water during the morning and early afternoon. Do not expect a lobby or a restaurant. No toilets are available outside guest rooms. Save your money and keep away, far far away!

  Never ever make a mistake by booking this hotel. The only pros was the WiFi.. Location- its an uphill 16 mnt walk to taksim which is gonna make you tierd. use Findikli station instead of taksim. Dont book this hotel, if you are looking for a stay in taksim area. Service: Literrally there is no service at all. not even toothpaste provided. when we asked for it, he simply said we dont have it. eventhough they are projecting this as an apartment, there is nothing in the kitchen area other than few glasses and a not working burner. not even kettle was there. This hotel is running by a bunch of lazy, crazy guys who have no interest in running this property. Dust are everywhere. not clean at all . Enough towels were not provided and Towels were not changed daily. Housekeeping was not done on timely basis. guests will except all this service from a 3 star rated apartment for sure. They dont even reserve a star rating. Bosphourus view room- what a a joke.. all we got was the view of the surrounding buildings and a sky at the far end.. Breakfast: we didnt got it, even after booking room with breakfast plan. They serves Breakfast from 0900 hrs only, that is already late for a tourist with busy schedule. because of the schedule, first day we skipped their BF. the second day we were ready at 9 am, we were told by the guy that is a political day and shops are closed, they didnt prepared breakfast. seiously?? and we had to wait another 45 mnts which we were unable to wait and asked for Tea atleast which he agreed to prepare but countinued sitting and playing on t his mobile ignoring the fact that we were waiting for the tea. after 5 mnts or so we understood he has no plan to make the tea and we went& had the breakfast from outside. They should close down this hotel and should start daylight robbery business in whihc they will perform for sure. stayed in this disgusting hotel from 28 march to 02 April.

  Such a dissapointing experience

  We booked 2 apartments with view via booking.com but when we arrived the receptionist told us that only one room is available with view and one in the basement. Both rooms were dirty,basic facilities such as towels,spoons,pillows etc were missing or were also dirty (sheets etc). It seems that the owners didn't collaborate and each one gave as different answers. The one was promising to change us room,the other one was moking us that the room is perfect and if we didn't like it we can leave. We were 7 people and it wasn't easy at the very last moment to book another hotel. It was remarkable and frustrated at the same time, that he tried to take as much money as he could, changing the prices of other services (tour to Prince islands,transportation to the airport). The owner was rude,sly and ironic and had unprofessional behaviour. In my hamble opinion,room's photos do not reflect the reality and the photos are probably taken many years ago. It was a disappointing experience. I don't recommend this hotel for many reasons and we regret that didn't requested our rights through booking. None value for money, unreliable owners.
