    It was a very horrible experience, and the staff are not helping at all. The room is very untidy and the breakfast is not good at all.

    Excellent location, very near to the public transport and all other amenities. A bit hilly but walking distance to famous Taksim Square, but if you don't like walking up the hill, just go 5 minutes walk to Taksim Tram and with very little fare you can go via tram. All the staff and receptionists were very friendly, efficient, helpful and kind. The kitchen lady was really hardworking and kept all the supplies updated. They always greeted you with a smile and nice chit chat. The cleaning was very high standards and delicious Turkish breakfast in the morning. The view from the breakfast lounge was really heart touching. Felt really safe and comfortable in the hotel and area outside as well. The only thing specifically for me was missing omelette in the breakfast and tea kettle in the room. Maybe they can add that up. We've already printed all our check in details and we have checked in and out very smoothly. Definitely we will consider this hotel for our future trips as well.

    I’m very grateful for such a warm and friendly meeting , the guys working at reception doing their best, they even did update for me as for constant costumer.Rooms are very good, clean and conditions are worthy.Ugur bey is very friendly and welcoming treats everyone as a friend .Would be happy to meet you again, and enjoy your hospitality

    We found the hotel in a run down area of Istanbul.The location was ok for the tourist attractions.But to get there you have to trek down a near vertical road. Which means when you go out you have to try and climb back up. Not suitable for the average fitness.The place is old and run down the pictures are not accurate.Check in Was at 1400hr. 2hrs later room was still not ready.Awful place!! We left even Before getting our room key!! Plenty of better hotels in the area. Steer well clear

    We have been there 9 of us for the first time last week on this hotel, we all were surprised and didn’t expect to be treated from everyone there, reception, staff, owner, honestly I haven’t been treated like that for a long time, even though we had paid only for bed and breakfast we where allowed to use the terrace on the 7th floor any time we wanted, had a tea and coffee and they never said no to us for nothing. The rooms were clean every day, clean sheets and towels, they made sure we had a great time helping us to book places and anything we needed, when I go back to Istanbul this will be the only hotel to use, a big thank you to everyone there for making our holiday very special, the location also is amazing, I highly recommend this place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
