Location

This charming luxury hotel is located on a slight incline in the Besiktas district of the town and enjoys fabulous views out over the Bosporus. Domabahce palace is located in the vicinity and shopping and entertainment venues are to found between 2 km and 5 km away. Links to the public transport network lie in front of the hotel and transfer to the airport takes about 1 hour.

Facility

313 rooms, including 31 suites and 76 double rooms, are available to guests in a 5-storey main building and a 3-storey auxiliary building. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift.     We had an awesome couple of days thanks to great service offered in this splendid hotel right next to Bosphorus strait. Special thanks to Mesut Erbaş and his team who helped us with all of our stay throughout. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing an astonishing stay in Istanbul.

    Stayed at the palace for a special event and WOW. The rooms were stunning, food was fantastic and staff were thoughtful and Kind. I definitely recommend the breakfast buffet… One of the best breakfast buffets ever in my life. This is very small detail, but the shampoo and conditioner is the best smelling shampoo and conditioner I’ve ever smelled… It took some home with me and still sometimes when I use it, it takes me back to the palace.     Beautiful hotel with the best location in Istanbul overlooking the Bosphorus. From the first step in the property we were met with smiles and real professionalism. Melike Karaaslan-Guest relations supervisor really helped us to pick the best room at the hotel. Every worker was genuinely friendly and helpful. We had excellent service from the restaurant captain Mehmet. Also, Yagmur, Sidal and Yasemin were friendly and very competent in their jobs. We were very happy until the night before we went to the front desk and asked for a bill. The “supervisor” Esra was extremely rude and her English was difficult to understand. When I tried to get her name and position, she got very defensive and belligerent. She was yelling something about privacy. She is not qualified for the position as supervisor at the front office. It was a shame that our wonderful stay at the beautiful hotel was tarnished by our horrible experience with.Esra.
