If I could read this place I would write zero 000 It was the dirtiest place I have ever been it is not good for a Family it is not suitable for a couple even it is really bad location is not close to anything it is really hard to get a taxi even in rush hours

We had a vacation in ISTANBUL for 10 nights, we had staied in CITYLOFT 36. It was a nice place. 2 bedrooms. At the first day I had a problem with my reserbation; I ordered the suite 5 mounthe before, and when we arrived the told me there is a broblem with the 2 bedroom suite. After an argument with them, I agreed to two separate suites but for one night or two maximum nights because I did not want to separate the children in another suite. For the first two days, I insisted on being swapped into one suite as I booked. In the end I gotן it . Breakfast comes in the tray, but the same breakfast for 10 days is boring. Sometimes there was a problem with parking, spotless, private parking of the place closed after 9 p.m.I must say the staff were very respectful and responded to our requests. The rooms are clean, the suite has a small living room and a kitchen that is poorly equipped, has a washing machine but the instructions are in Turkish. And there's a big fridge. It is in the Asian part of the city, about 20-30 minutes from the city center. But it wasn`t a problem becues we rented a car. The price was very good.

The hotel it s ok, i ve stayed there 2times, in 2015 the apartement was ok but last year in 2016,the apartment situated on the first floor was in bad shape.. No friyng pen, no ash trey and the drawings were broken. The housekeeping... Didn t came fir days. I am about to come next month.. Please make some changes

Internet access 24/7Hot water 24/7House keeping - never, not once for the whole month we were there.Reception staff - doesn't speak English, and not very helpful. No nearby restaurants, except for one pizza pizza shop..Bus stop 2 min walkVery far from the cityU need at least 2 hrs to get to the European side, about 1 hr to get to Kadikoy.Overall 2.5/5

clean, comfortable, there is no free parking , you park your car yourself to the street, there is no reserved parking place. breakfast is ok. room is spacey , sleep quality good, there is free tea and coffee at room, bathroom is clean and efficient,
