    The room itself was okay, but the location made it impossible to sleep. I was woken multiple times throughout the night and early morning by constant door slamming, loud conversations, and beeping noises outside my door. The room appears to be next to the lift, stairs, or a staff area, and the soundproofing was extremely poor.I was also disappointed to find a stain on the bedding, which raised concerns about cleanliness. I travel to Istanbul every month and have stayed in many quieter, cleaner hotels at a lower price point. Had I known this was the room I would be given, I would have booked elsewhere.

    Terrible Experince & Uneducated staff

    Yesterday my wife unfortunately made the mistake of going to this hotel by being deceived by the hotel images. During the night entrance, she called me by video and wanted to show me the hotel design and I witnessed very interesting things. First, since the room key did not open the room, she went to the reception to request a new one, she asked for a new card, but this did not open either. A lady at the reception told him to wait 5 minutes and told him in a stern tone that there might be a problem at the door. When my wife stated that she did not want to wait because she was tired at night and that she could give an alternative room, the lady at the reception started to argue with her and even added with a very comfortable attitude that she could complain everywhere if we wish. As a hotelier, I was embarrassed as a man, frankly I was embarrassed as a man that he exhibited attitudes like a bully that would not be worthy of a lady. After all, hotel management consists of courtesy, hospitality and trust. However, this attitude was quite frightening and insulting to me. I am really sorry that you are working with these and similar people on behalf of your business and you have made a great impression on us. Thank you very much.

    Upon entering the hotel, the reception area was meticulously clean, well-lit, and inviting. However, the ambiance changed significantly as we passed through the glass doors. The carpets were noticeably soiled, and the overall decor appeared dull.We ascended to the second floor, where our room, designated 209, was located. Initially, the room appeared satisfactory, but upon closer inspection, we discovered cracks in the glass wardrobe. The carpet was still stained, and the shower exhibited signs of neglect and inoperability. The Wi-Fi signal was weak and intermittent.

    Stayed there between 8-11 of 2024 with my family.The hotel looked good online from the pictures, but the reality very different.The hotel is in a really bad condition, I will highlight some of them here:Room:- Very dirty carpets- Not clean (e.g. found garbage from previous guests)- TV not working.Toilet:In extreme bad condition for example walls scraping off, lights falling apart, toilet seat and button falling apart, shower head not working etc.Staff:Not welcoming, no smiling, no helping with luggage even though I came in with 3 kids and 4 suitcases no one helped me (usually I prepare some tip for the person who helps me, but the tip stayed in my pocket).Breakfast:Literally the worst breakfast I have ever had. First day, no water no juice and almost no food left (and there was still 40 min before breakfast time ending)Very few things to chose from; dry old bread, small stonelike croissants, tasteless eggs, old and wet cheese etc.We were very disappointed and did not have a pleasant stay!

    Very disappointed as booked a deluxe room but it was more like a standard room advertised a mini bar yes there was but it was empty. Room very dark the breakfast was buffet but most of the hot food was not hot. The only good thing about this hotel was the friendly staff.
