    Very disappointing experience.This hotel claims to be “prestige”, but the reality is completely different: dirty carpets, damaged walls, poor maintenance, and even cigarette burns in the room.After 3 days, we were suddenly called to the front desk and charged 60$ for a pillow case, handled in a very unprofessional and condescending way, as if it was some kind of investigation.The manager made uncomfortable assumptions and spoke to us in a way that felt disrespectful and judgmental.Instead of enjoying our stay, I had to comfort my partner, who was left feeling upset and humiliated by the way she was treated.This was not about money, but about attitude, and there was a complete lack of respect.Definitely not a “prestige” experience. I would not return.

    This was one of the most degrading and humiliating hotel experiences I have ever had.This place has absolutely NOTHING to do with a “prestige hotel”. The reality is shocking: filthy, heavily stained carpets in the hallways, cracked walls, dirty corners, worn and damaged furniture, scratched windows and frames, and even exposed wiring in some areas. The overall condition is far below any acceptable standard.There were even visible cigarette burns in the room, despite the hotel claiming that smoking is not allowed. This alone shows how poorly the property is maintained.The entire hotel feels neglected, unclean, and nowhere near what they claim to be.Now the worst part: after staying there for 3 days, we were suddenly called over from the hallway to the front desk regarding a pillow and charged 60$. Instead of informing us immediately, they waited, took photos like they were building a case, and then approached us in a very condescending and humiliating way.To make it even more absurd, they presented the situation as if it was some kind of official investigation, with printed photos neatly placed in a folder, which made the whole interaction feel exaggerated, uncomfortable, and completely unnecessary for such a minor issue.The manager started pointing at his face, trying to suggest that I had slept with makeup on, without even being able to properly explain himself. This assumption was incorrect and extremely unprofessional. Normal situations like sweating can easily cause marks, and any hotel with real standards would understand this.Instead, we were made to feel judged and spoken down to, while staff repeatedly emphasized that they are a “prestige hotel”, clearly implying that their standards are somehow above their guests.The irony is unbelievable, a hotel in this condition trying to lecture guests about “standards”.The attitude of the staff also noticeably changed depending on whether tips were given or not. Instead of maintaining consistent service, we felt treated differently and spoken to in a dismissive and disrespectful manner.This was not about 60$. This was about attitude.We were treated with arrogance, disrespect, and a complete lack of basic decency. We felt humiliated, uncomfortable, and completely unwelcome...It got so bad that we decided to change our flight and leave earlier just to get out of there.If this is their idea of “prestige”, then it is honestly embarrassing.Be very careful if you stay here. They may ignore the actual condition of their hotel while trying to charge you extra for minor things and treating you in a disrespectful way.Absolutely unacceptable experience. I would never return and strongly advise others to avoid this place.

    Me and my work colleague had the misfortune of having to stay in this hotel as Turkish airlines placed us there due to flight delay. The interior from reception to the rooms plus the carpets need urgent renovations. The hotel is stuck in the past. My room was basic and clean but the bathroom had an appalling smell coming from the drains. No mini bar in the room. When I tried to order room service on arrival as restaurant was closed I was told it would take over 45 min for a chicken burger. My colleagues room stank of cigarettes plus bathroom also stinking plus the room was hot as hell in winter. Breakfast buffet was below average. The Safran restaurant is more like a food kiosk in a hotel poor food and disgusting coffee. Turkey is known for for is food and coffee I can assure you that you will never see me again. Advise avoid this place at all cost.     Stayed over here after Turkish airlines missed our connection. The bed was comfortable. The room staff (cleaning rooms) very nice and the young man at breakfast making omelets was very helpful and nice. Otherwise hotel in middle construction site miles away from centre town. Food not great but edible. Uneasy feeling otherwise.     Do not stay here, appalling staff

    Do not stay at this hotel! The Reception staff are incredibly rude, unhelpful and actually lied to me twice. We were placed there by Turkish Airlines, who should now take them off their roster given their appalling customer service. It is not 5* in any way. The rooms are very basic, as are the amenities.
