  We stayed for four nights there and found everything good. The room we got was very cosy, clean and had a beautiful view on the Bosphorus. It was located to Taksim Square and the public transportation was accessible. The staff helped us a lot to book in our room before we arrive to Istanbul.

  Stayed here for 5 nights in May 2016, i found the place very comfortable and quiet away from the madding crowd of Taskim square. The rooms are neat and staff are very friendly and helpful especially Ugur senturk. He was helpful from the beginning to the end. The location is a bit hidden and the climb up and down the hills could be stressful but also a good exercise to test your fitness level. the management however need to be more generous with tea and coffee, and water supplies. The towels are also old and tired. the Lift is quite tiny but very efficient.One of the staff, I guessed Ismail by name cheated my friend of 10 lira on a taxi fare previously agreed. But all in all a good quiet place to stay.Also a few minutes walk from the metro, just ask the staff. just a straight walk down the hill.PLS GET A CHANNEL THAT SPEAKS ENGLISH< PLS PLS PLS

  I really enjoyed my time in this hotel. I found it at a good price and booked it without knowing too much about the area. I was delighted to learn that while it is centrally located between Taksim Square, the tram and the bosporous, it is tucked away in the quiet streets of Cihangir. The room was just as advertised, comfortable and clean. The waterfall shower was refreshing in the mornings. But best of all were the late night and early morning conversations with the friendly staff at the reception. Some of my best memories are those times with Ismail, Ugur and Younis.

  Nice room in a quiet area close to Taksim

  We stayed for four nights in February 2016 there and found everything we were looking for: A nice bedroom with a good (= hard) mattress in a quiet area of Istanbul. We furthermore could use the small living room for our son to sleep. As we left in the morning and returned late at night, we only used the appartment for sleeping. We did not see any trouble with the stairs (and I am in my fifties) - we actually liked the evening walk back from Taksim or from the tram station. Using the tram is actually the best way to get to downtown Istanbul. We did not have anything to object with the appartment - we just reserve the outstanding rating for places of extraordinary quality. We can recommend the place and would stay there again. It would even be appropriate for some business stay as Wifi was good.One last information: After we had booked with an agency we found that the best rates could be found on the hotel website. In times of best price guarantees enforced by large booking agencies this was interesting for us.

  Everything was perfect. The hotel is perfect, very clean and bigr rooms. A very nice view of the Bospherous. And the evening front desk, Mr. Ismail was very helpful and he knew english very well. I star the hotel as a 4 star one. It really deserve it. Public transportation is very accessible. What else should I say? Just perfect.
