    They stole my wallet with money and important documents. After I reported it, they returned my wallet but no the money. They did not take responsibility, even though there is evidence from the footage. The biggest shame is that they did not even come to explain to me and apologize, but no one came to answer me. Zero respect for the customer. Don't make the mistake of going to a hotel with thieves.

    Rate is 0 , I swear to god this is the last time I’m coming here .. it’s been 3 days im telling reception to ask housekeepers to clean my room nobody even check .. im putting garbage outside! No heating in this cold .. for advice never go there Uhh ..! Very bad

    Unfortunately we were provided with hotel as part of our package through last minute.The carpets had stains all over and filthy, All bathrooms had moulds inside the shower trey and the drain water keep coming back. None of the fridges were working. Pillows had turned yellow and the bed linen was ripped. I saw insect droppings around the honey pots while I went for breakfast.When raised my concerns to the management they gave me a smaller room which was as filthy and smelly.I was being bitten so badly all over my body and had to change the hotel during our stay.If anyone wants to book this hotel please don’t as this will ruin your whole experience in Istanbul.

    Very terible experience, durty and 5he staf are too rude, 98% of the staff don't speak foreign languages, which make communication so difficult,Breakfast very cheap and does not open the apetite to eat, no coffee at all, no fruits and the service is so bad
