Location

Enjoying a prime location in the city centre, adjacent to Yildiz Palace and with stunning views of Istanbul, including the banks of the Asian side and the Bosphorus Strait, this city hotel is one of the most conveniently located luxury hotels in the European side of the city. The family-friendly conference hotel is close to Dolmabahçe, the Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, a number of fashionable shopping districts and centres and the bridge to the Asian side.

Facility

The hotel has 590 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 14 storeys and are reachable by 6 lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Air conditioning, central heating and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. Further amenities include an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast and half board. At breakfast and lunch, guests serve themselves at the generous buffet.     Fantastic hotel and stay

    I was blown away by this excellent hotel which I chose to celebrate my 40th birthday in. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and were promptly checked in by the very friendly night staff. The public areas of the hotel were immaculate at all times. My room was on the same floor as the hotel rooftop bar. The room was spacious, clean and had views over the nearby park. Housekeeping service was provided every day. Breakfast was a lavish affair - the sheer number of dishes that were available just blew my mind. The chef on the egg station is a great idea. The executive lounge was also a nice area to relax in rather a busy day of sightseeing. Although it was regularly busy, the excellent staff were always on hand replenishing drinks and clearing used items from tables. The hospitality service provided in this hotel is second to none. The hotel restaurant was also fantastic and served delicious, authentic Italian food. We liked the hotel location as it wasn’t smack bang in the city centre but a 30 min walk could have you into the main tourist areas. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and when I return to Istanbul, this will be my hotel of choice. Thank you for an amazing stay!
