  Amazing experience in Constantinapolis Hotel

  Love this hotel. beautiful building. Interior design also beautiful and traditional style. The staff are attentive and cannot do enough to make your stay as pleasant and as comfortable as possible. Cleaning staff are friendly and very hard working as are the door staff. Hassan is a true gentleman. The reception staff are friendly and always there if you need to ask them something. Omar the owner is very nice guy and approachable and his mission is for you to have a wonderful stay. He's always friendly and goes out of his way to guide or assist how he can. He runs the hotel like a finely tuned machine but with heart and emotion which allows for great communication between Omar and his guests. You feel in safe hands at this hotel and the rooms are private and very nice indeed. The decor and interior design is so nice traditional but beautiful style , you feel as though yiu in a soecial olace and with everythingon your doorstep this hotel is so central and convenientto reach the bust station, trams, taxis restaurants, mosque, You name it you have it in Istanbul not to far from the airport also . My bus (coach) ride took only 40mins to the airport and so comfortablefor a quater of the taxi cost. Definitely be back to stay in this hotel later in the year but I'll be bringing some friends next time so they can also enjoy this jewel of a hotel in the Old City Istanbul.   I had a lovely stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. I stayed here for 4 nights, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Sultanahmet, within easy walking distance of major attractions such as the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and many cafés and restaurants.My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and I really appreciated the housekeeping. The room was cleaned and tidied every single day, with fresh towels and linens provided daily, along with bottled water and other essentials. This made the stay very comfortable and relaxing.Despite being in such a central area, the hotel was quiet at night, which allowed for a good night’s rest after busy days of sightseeing.The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful, always happy to assist with directions, transport advice, and recommendations.Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, excellent cleanliness, and a prime location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

  The quad room was a little tight but considering we used it just to shower and sleep mostly it was sufficient. The hotel is clean. Safe and near to the main attractions. Easy access to everything. The 5 stars are really for the hotel team. Hassan salleh Firdaus anwar and dennis. All friendly and amazing people. They made us feel special. Gave directions and helped with everything. There is a restaurant just beside. Barbarosa. The owner Onur is friendly and makes u feel special. The food is really good. And the prices are reasonable compared to other places in istanbul. When i come back i will stay here again. Highly recommended.

  Strong smell of cigarette in the room during 3 nights due to the ventilation of the toilet. Very hard to sleep and feel home in these conditions. Such a bad experience never again.

  I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life at Constantinopolis Hotel. After a long, exhausting international flight, I arrived at the hotel around 10 PM expecting a decent room and a bit of rest. Instead, I was met with an appalling check-in process and a level of rudeness that’s hard to describe.The receptionist, Ervan, was shockingly unhelpful and dismissive. Despite having a fully paid reservation, they tried to put me in a basement room with no windows—yes, no windows at all, barely any air circulation, and honestly, it felt unfit for human stay. It was dark, claustrophobic, and suffocating. It felt more like a storage unit than a hotel room.When I expressed my concerns, especially after such a long trip, Ervan showed zero empathy and coldly told me that if I didn’t like it, I could “go somewhere else.” At 10 PM. In a foreign city. That kind of attitude is not just unprofessional—it’s disgraceful.This is not a hotel that cares about its guests. I strongly urge anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere. There are many better, more welcoming options in Istanbul. Avoid Constantinopolis Hotel..
