    Better to stay away from this hotel and its staff. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. we found glass pieces on the floor of the room and in the bath and my child got injured and started bleeding. No first aid kit in the hotel and the staff was not bothered, they just said that go the pharmacy and sort your matter. Bathroom lock was broken as so was the mirror. AC not working. Location is fine.

    worst hotel and staff. Bathroom was under repaired when we entered the room wash basin was not working and bathroom was choking, we requested to change the room, they laugh at us .there were glass pieces in the room, my 8years daughter got heart with the glass pieces and started bleeding, when I rushed to reception for first aid, they said they do not have it, Pharmacy is right in front of the hotel, but staff told me we do not have money to buy. I broke down and still they are not bothered, fellow guest helped me and got me the band aid. basic requirement, first aid kit was not available in the hotel. Our tour operator was also not cooperative, we requested him to arrange another hotel for us, but did not give us any support. Please do not use this brand again,

    disgusting bad hotel bad communication, they put us in a room next to generator no refund to change hotel neither they changed my room shower broken tv not working lying to us telling us go to police.

    I underwent a surgery and as I left for the hospital my baggage arrived from the airport (it was lost in the transit), they said they would bring them in my room. As I entered my room and didn't see my baggage I called the reception asking to bring my case up and they forced me to come down, my head still bleeding, and as I was explaining he simply left, while I was speaking.By the way, here the view from my room

    The only really good thing about this hotel is the location but plenty of other hotels to chose from... it’s not run like a hotel just seems to be random people in jeans except at reception.. room was awful, very small and a tv that I could only get radio stations out of, I don’t smoke and arrived in my room with a full ash tray ( as photo ) the room wasn’t that clean at all, put it in to prospective I went to breakfast which again wasn’t very nice and only drunk coffee, nothing to like if your from the Uk, Us at all and I’m not a fussy eater... toast or a toasties that’s it really... anyway 10 minutes max I was there and the wounded maid done a full clean and was gone.... I’d say it was a 2 star and 3 days here were awful, I’m here for another 2 days and have just checked out.... loads of restaurants and shops outside so eating really isn’t a problem I eat out for breakfast and lunch.. The only person who was friendly was one guy at breakfast always said good morning the younger of the 2 men at breakfast so thanks to him.... summery, very basic, small, dirty, no friendly in a good location.
