    I travelled from Ireland to a conference this week and stayed here,with my mam. The staff are really wonderful, very welcoming and helpful! The food was GORGEOUS in the restaurant, and the service was warm and friendly. A special shout out to Dina in the Spa, it was an excellent service, we were made feel very comfortable and really enjoyed the experience - highly recommend visiting the Spa. The hotel decor would benefit from being updating however, it's really clean and the room was spacious with comfortable beds. Enjoyed our stay - thank you!     A relaxing week at Crowne Plaza Istanbul Herbiye

    We had an excellent stay at Crowne Plaza Herbiye Istanbul for a week at the end of April 2026. We liked that the room was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast which was included for our booking was fantastic with fresh local products and lots to choose from. The bar and lounge area was also good. The location was ideal, it is a very short walk to the Green line metro station which takes you close to the tourist attractions in less than 10 minutes. There are also several taxis and buses on the main road. The area had some excellent local restaurants and the shopping district of Nisantasi is very close. The staff in particular are very friendly and helpful and made our stay a perfect 10/10.
