The worst hotel I have ever been to

This hotel has a night club above it. As I write this, it is 4:50 am and on the first floor I can hear and feel the music in my bed. My friend on the 5th floor is completely unable to sleep. The rooms have a disgusting odour which can only be described as mixing cigarettes, beer and vomit. The rooms and the hotel are dirty. Our room is very poorly lit and the staff were unable to get us a lamp. The location is generally inconvenient. The breakfast is also awful and features food of very poor quality. Due to the nightclub in the hotel, sleeping is very difficult. We have decided to book a different hotel nearby where will move to for the rest of our stay. Do yourself a favour and avoid this terrible place act all costs.

The rooms are rugged and hotel is very old. Every room is super noisy. I wanted a quiet room and they addressed me the room next to the lift machines room ! You will regret your choise... will never book a room from this hotel in my life time again...

Stay Away from this stinky cave!

I visited for 2 nights for business. EVERYTHING was wrong. Apart from the location, this is an old building with stinky carpets. Old furniture, dimmed lights, depressing atmosphere. The guy at reception couldn’t find my reservation upon checkin nor my company payment at checkout. I got a very noisy room fecing the busy street. Breakfast had a lot of choice but everything was terrible. Wifi is NOT WORKING in the rooms which makes it impossible to do some work if you are on business. Will never visit again, much better options closeby.

I stayed in Istanbul for business and i spend 3 nights in this hotel that i booked mainly because it's near to the client i had to visit. It was supposed to be a 4/5 stars...Let's start with staff and service. Probably the most grumpy and unpleasant staff I've ever seen. No smiles, no kindness, no information. I sent an email (5 days before my arrival) to have a taxi arranged at the airport, never received a reply. At my check out I asked the same for the way back (hotel to airport): 150 TL (double than a normal taxi) to be paid cash at the reception: they ask for email address to send the receipt, never sent. I sent an email to ask again for it, no replies. In summary: never book taxi in this hotel.Room is very old with acceptable cleanliness, but bathroom is terrible: hot water in the shower available after 10 minutes, the toilet is for giants (i'm 183 cm and i couldn't put my feet on the ground!), but toilet paper is placed at 10 cm from the ground. What a genius did this??? Finally, breakfast. The worst breakfast in my life, no croissant, poor choice, terrible coffee, jam and cheese looked very old and above all, chemical pale juices without any taste. Only bread was acceptable. Price for this horrible stay: 215 euro for 3 nights. Never again.

The worst hotel that I have ever been in my whole life!

We actually booked a different hotel (which had no rooms left because of a water damage) but somehow ended up here. It was truly the shock of our lifes! How is this supposed to be a 5 star hotel? How? For someone who is in Istanbul almost every two months I have never experienced such a dirty old (5*)hotel with no service AT ALL! No sleep at night because of the clubs nearby, but mainly because the windows simply have no sealing. We were freezing our asses off in the middle of january . . . WiFi wasn’t working aswell. Mould in every of our three bathrooms and my friend had no toilet paper in hers.Very arrogant employees: we left our luggage in the storage room to get breakfast. After returning 30 minutes later, they tried to charge me 25€ Cleaning fee for a “dirty” bathrobe and got aggressive when I refused and asked to show me the robe they have claimed has already been washed. Suddenly everything was fine and I didn’t had to pay anything. They didn’t offer to call us a taxi to the airport neither said goodbye or anything. I’m sure I will remember this horror trip for the rest of my life.
