    The best hotel and the BEST SERVICE in Istanbul!If you’re looking for a place to stay — whether solo, with family, or with a group, for work, vacation, or to enjoy Turkey’s incredible medical tourism industry — look no further, because you’ve found the most special place in the city!The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, modern, and luxurious, and every single detail works perfectly. The restaurant is exquisite, from the amazing breakfast to the à la carte menu, to the buffets and 24/7 in-room dining.But the Crowne Plaza Istanbul - Oryapark’s secret ingredient is its extraordinary staff! They make all the difference in the world and will make your stay unforgettable.I believe every single team member “suffers from the same issue”: they simply DO NOT know how to say "no"!I travel all over the world for work, and I have never witnessed such fantastic professionals.Because the Crowne Plaza Istanbul - Oryapark is often where hundreds ( maybe thousands ) of people stay to recover from surgeries and medical procedures, the entire staff is incredibly sensitive to the emotional toll recovery can take. They all go the extra mile to make things better, smoother, more comfortable, and easier for every guest.I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Istanbul - Oryapark for two full weeks ( the toughest two weeks of my life ) and I have the entire staff to thank wholeheartedly for taking such extraordinary care of me and catering to all my needs, from dietary to medical to countless special requests.My room, medication, amenities, and of course the spotless tidiness of the facilities (which protected me from any health risks) were always perfectly maintained by the kindest, most helpful, and most attentive Ms. Meral, who came by more than once a day to make sure I had extra water (a crucial part of my recovery) and everything else I needed to heal comfortably.Every morning at breakfast, the magnificent and generous Chef Fatma prepared my most important meal of the day, carefully considering my dietary needs — from protein intake to salt restriction. I owe her a great deal.And Master Chefs Mesut and Ibrahim always made sure I had only the best meals, exactly as I needed them. Chef Mesut prepared a different traditional Turkish specialty for me every day, especially when he noticed the emotional toll of recovery weighing on me. It was a kindness I will never forget.The night-time chefs also accommodated all my requests, no matter how busy they were...and they were always busy with groups and countless other special orders. The entire restaurant staff deserves all the praise in the world, especially the breakfast staff, for they provide not only the best breakfast imaginable but also the warmest, most welcoming environment to start the day.At the reception, you can always count on the professionalism, assistance, and generosity of everyone, especially Puncaer, Burak, and Yagmur, who seem to have an endless reservoir of patience and kindness in taking care of every guest.I could go on, but I’ll stop here so that anyone reading this can immediately book their stay at the Crowne Plaza Istanbul - Oryapark!     I was invited for a workshop. This hotel was in walking distance of my work shop and booked by my host.the location was the best for me absolutely not for a tourist.Clean and comfort room.good break fast, nice gym .The pool is small but it works to make you fresh.There is a Starbucks in lobby and a nice bar.I like this hotel very much and I recommend it for business on that location but not suitable for tourists.     I stayed at this hotel for 6 days. It has everything a guest need. very nice and friendly staff as well as helpful.special thanks to Madam Harbya and her staff team in the restaurant for a very good breakfast/clean restaurant friendly and suvice oriented staff. also want to thanks the porters who handled our bags and showed kindness. I also want to mention that I slept well, comfortable beds and very clean bed linen. There is a gym and pool so you can work out 🙂only negative i had was the bathroom, it needs extra cleaning and the floor carpet needed deep cleaning.
