    Located in the most beautiful spot in Tuzla, it gives you the feeling of being inside a large yacht. The friendly staff, clean rooms, and especially watching the sunset with delicious food in the yacht club restaurant were wonderful. Thank you Crowne Plaza.

    Hotel closed during my stay!

    I stay at this hotel a lot and generally it is decent. However I had a really poor experience this time. I booked for 2 nights and the hotel closed after the first night and all the guests were kicked out. The hotel did not offer to find a replacement hotel for my stay. Some of my colleagues only found out in the morning that they had to check out immediately. We heard from the staff that the closure was due to a strike because the staff have not had a pay rise in one year. The hotel has been putting up its prices over this time.

    We also had paid for 10 nights from April 6th. And we were also kicked out of the hotel on April 9th ​​at 10 am without compensation or explanation. I only expect them to refund the paid and unused 7 nights. I will never step foot in this place again, even though the location is good for the purposes for which I traveled to Istanbul. I will also cancel my membership in IHG.     How not to treat guests!

    Arrived at the hotel as booked on the 8th April for 10 nights only to be told that the hotel was closing and I had to check out of my room by 1100 hrs at breakfast. All guests at the hotel were simply thrown out of their room without explanation.Absolutely disgusting for anyone to be treated like this. I am almost embarrassed to say that I have been an IHG member for years. In the eyes of all those stopping at Crowne Plaza, Viaport Marine Tuzla who treated the same way, this has tarnished your brand. Terrible......     I’ve had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for over 80 nights in the past year and a half, and it truly feels like a second home. From the genuine smiles and warm greetings at the concierge and reception to the attentive care of the restaurant staff, club lounge team, kitchen crew, and housekeeping, every interaction here exudes hospitality at its finest.A special mention goes to Gülşat in housekeeping—her dedication to ensuring my room was always spotless and her attentiveness did not go unnoticed. The consistency of excellent service across all areas is what sets this hotel apart.This is probably my 5th or 6th review, and while my sentiments remain the same, it’s because the team here continues to deliver at such an exceptional level.
