Facility

8 junior suites, 2 suites, 25 single rooms and 60 double rooms are located on 10 storeys and can be reached by lift. Check-in and check-out are possible at any time at the 24-hour reception desk.     Good hotel in heart of istanbul. Rooms are not as big as i expected,but very clean rooms. Staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpfull. Value for money hotel.

    nice small hotel in the heart of istanbul " the taxim area "at the begining of istiklal street , good lobby for a typical europian hotel , helpful nice staff ,well designed hotel with elevators but here is the problem very SMALL ROOMS that couldnt fit our luggages , spaces inbetween barely fit one person at a time but that was the only dislike about it , free wi-fi in rooms & lobby , good tv channels , minibar , airconditioning , housekeeping is perfect very clean , the trick is to tip the staff in the first days & leave the rest to them , breakfast is good but you really have to wake up early so you won't miss the good stuff but even so the hotel is surrounded by all kinds of restaurants,cafes & minimarkets so food isnt a problem here , the hotel is divided into two sides,one have a bosphorus view with some istanbul house roofs and the other view is taxim area with its hustle & noise but it lasts only for 2:00 am maximum in their timing , people who prefer quiet rooms i advise them with the bosphorus view side but take care when you ask for room on this side ask for a one in higher floors as the lower ones view nothing cause it is blocked by some kind of wall or a building , other than that its a perfect hotel perfectly located for those who love shopping at anytime and just 3 minutes walk to the bus station which can take you anywhere around istanbul & the reception's staff will help you with all the information you could possibly need about your destination.

    a very good surprise ! a modest hotel but gives you all it worth. we have been there for a short 4 nights visit, and for a start and finish point for the day long- it was perfect. the location is the best: a five-minute walk from the Metro the main shopping street. very comfortable.rooms are clean and modern, staff is kind and the breakfast is rich and generous. Indeed, our room at the eight floor faced the Taxim square and the beautiful view of the city's roofs of Istanbul together with street noise, but a kind that you get used to it after a night or two.

    Important: the hotel has one side facing the gulf and is quiet with amazing view. The other side is facing Taxim square, with all its buses and taxies and people running around all day and all night. So, it is highly recommended to insist on a room away from the street, preferably on a high floor.The hotel is located next to Taxim square. It is a good location for exploring the modern side of Istanbul, but a little far from the old city which is more interesting. In order to reach the old city you have to change two trams or a long walk and then a tram. So, great location for shopping, less so for sightseeing.Rooms are small but with all amenities, staff was helpful most of the time, but the room was not ready when we arrived, even though we were 2 hours late and a little pushy for tips. Breakfast was nice but could use a little more imagination.

    the location is very good, in the heart of Taksim square which is heart of Istanbul but the rooms are so tiny to the extent that we could hardly find a place in the room to place our luggage, also the wardrobe was extremely small with no shelves only hangers..
