  Five Star building one Star Staff.The hotel déserves a better staff.

  We were very surprised because the staff was nowhere near the level of the hotel. It was truly shocking — really, really shocking. The hotel itself was nice, but the staff completely let it down.They didn’t say hello, didn’t say goodbye — nothing. It was up to the guests to greet them, not the other way around. And it’s not like they were overwhelmed; they had time, they just lacked training and professionalism.The staff simply doesn't live up to the hotel’s standard.   Comfortable, very clean, great food, very accesible

  This hotel is a gem. Excellent on site restaurant, with excellent room service. Very clean with great housekeeping. Also, the sauna design and temperature are some of the best I’ve ever used. Another key factor is the location, the subway entrance is maybe 150 meters from the hotel.   It is a good hotel, close to metro station. Staff is friendly and helpful. Clean rooms. Good sauna. Good choice of food at the breakfast. Rooms are a bit small, but for one person during business trip is sufficient.   It was a real plesure staying at this beautifull hitel with extremely helpful staff. The room service was superb and the food was great and reasonably priced. This is one of the best value for money hotels that I've ever stayed at!   I’m in shock, I wanted to get an umbrella for 1 hour and they asked me to pay refundable 20€ for that, I didn’t have cash and asked to pay card for it, they said no it not possible🙂 didn’t want to help at all Service 0/10 👌🏻Rooms are nice, spa is also really good.
