    Very Disrespectful Service During Breakfast

    I stayed at this hotel with a group of friends, and unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience during breakfast.We had finished eating, but I was still finishing my coffee while waiting for my friend to complete her breakfast so we could leave together. During this time, a staff member named Abdullah came to our table and repeatedly asked if we were done. On the third time, he insisted that we leave, using a very disrespectful tone, and this happened in front of other guests.What made this worse is that breakfast time was still ongoing, and there was no need to rush us in that manner. As a paying guest, I expected to be treated with basic respect and courtesy, especially since I was still within the allowed breakfast time.This experience left a very negative impression of the service quality at the hotel. I strongly do not recommend it.

    Advertised as a 5 Star Hotel but would struggle to give it a 3 star rating, rooms tiny in drastic need of repair, paper coming of walls, food, managed scrambled or hard boiled eggs that was it. Stay well away. Try the 4 star next door a different ball game much much nicer in every respect.

    Please avoid this hotel at all costs.I made a reservation more than a month in advance and was charged several days before my arrival in Istanbul. Upon reaching the hotel, I was left standing at the reception desk for several minutes with no acknowledgment until I eventually called for attention.When the receptionist finally attended to me, he led me to a room located on a dark floor with dimly lit hallways and storage rooms surrounding the area. The room itself was extremely small, barely enough space to move and the carpet was visibly dirty and poorly maintained. I immediately informed him that I did not feel comfortable with either the room or the general environment.Back at the reception, I was told by the duty manager that all other rooms were occupied. After insisting, they showed me another room, but it was no better: the bathroom and toilet floors were dirty, and the bed looked like it had not even been properly made. At that point, I decided to cancel my booking.I was instructed to call back the next morning regarding the refund. I did repeatedly and each time I was told to call again. This continued throughout my stay in Turkey. Eventually, they informed the booking platform that they would not be issuing a refund. This is completely unacceptable and feels deliberately fraudulent.After all the inconvenience, stress, and wasted time, I should be the one charging them extra, not fighting to recover my own money. It has now been almost four weeks, and I still have not received a refund.Please do not book this hotel. You will regret it.Bo

    City break that turned into trekking trip

    On arrival, we were shown to what appeared to be smallest room I've ever stayed in. No room to put cabin cases anywhere. Really small. View from window was a dirty alley way. Asked for bigger room, advised hotel full, would have to wait till morning. Given bigger room next day with bit more space, view from room looked down onto local road. Lots of noise from other guests above us. Extremely small towels, bring your own. We never expected to find many English channels on the TV but there was one out of over 360. Showers were good. Beds uncomfortable, asked for extra pillows but they never arrived. We were here for 3 nights, never ate breakfast after going to see on first day. Chips/fries, stew, salad on offer amongst typical Turkish cuisine. Not for us. Location of hotel seems central if you want shops as they are on EVERY corner. Some hills around so not for disabled or people who struggle with mobility. Traffic is mental!! Take extra care as drivers are crazy!!Overall, extremely basic, central hotel. Won't be returning.

    I don't usually write reviews about hotel saty as most I have stayed in were decent not much to complain about. I satyeyd in this hotel for four nights and some good and a lot more disappointment. Let me start with the good, the location is perfect for city center with transport food and shopping clean room breakfast was limited, good WiFi disnt have to eat my data. My disappointment with the hotel itself is the room I was in had two beds for single person!! they could've had a chair and desk bonus not much room to l9ve around. The fridge was empty I mean water would be nice touch, tv was terrible remote doesn't work I asked to check he literally told me I need to press hard and I was not prepared to hurt my thumb lol. There was a lot of noisy guest on my floor despite complaining the noise stayed until 2am thin walls no sleep the whole times I was there. Unfortunately because of this I would not be staying here again. For thoes staying couple nights it's OK.
