    Stayed in Room 721 from 22nd September to 10th of October and sharing my experience:Bad Points:1) Was surprised the hotel lacks in basic amenities like bathroom scale and string to dry clothes, normally in any hotel they are available but here it was missing and called the House Keeping and they said they don't have it in the hotel.2) Since it was a long trip, I was in the hotel on weekends, and was surprised that Room Cleaning happened between 4-5 PM, on the 1st weekend, room was not vacuumed and second time i requested using a sign as the cleaning staff will only speak Turkish and don't understand or speak in English, which was very strange.3) For drinking water, there were paper cups and in the bathroom there were glasses, ,failed to understand why paper cups are provided for drinking water.4) There were coffee stains just where the electric kettle is kept and nobody bothered to check or clean it. It remained dirty till I left.5) On one instance I was locked out of room as the key reader kept flashing Red, I called the reception and was told someone would come and assist, waited almost 45 minutes before someone came after my second call, he comes with a frown, replaces the battery and walks off, no sorry no empathy, if the battery was an issue, it should have been checked and taken care off. But neither the management nor the staff seem to bother.6) 3 Instances happened, where I bought coffee from outside and the cup was not taken by the room cleaning staff and it was in the room and I had to throw it.7) Twice fire evacuation happened, but people were confused and not knowing what to do, no hotel staff was present to guide them on exits and upon reaching ground floor, we were informed everything is fine and we can go back to our rooms.8) Breakfast served Indian fritters in gram flour and they were not cooked properly, it was raw inside, having gram flour uncooked can trigger stomach issues. Breakfast for vegetarians like me is limited.9) Pair of tongs are same for meat and vegetarian dishes and staff failed to address this its purely religious and one would not want to hurt sentiments of any customer who does not eat meat. There were times, when I had to walk off from breakfast as there was mix-up.10) English breakfast tea bags were not in the room, upon requesting due to language issue, same tea bags were delivered and one cannot have green tea with milk.Good Points:1) Would like to give full marks to the staff for smiling always and going out of their way during breakfast and serving tea, coffee & omelettes at the table.2) Sleep comfort is an experience and very comfortable beds and quilts.3) Check-In & Check-Out was smooth and friendly staff.4) Cafe Nero is in the hotel vicinity, so good to grab and go.5) Location is very nice and convenient, metro station is 5 minutes walk and malls are close by.6) Wi-Fi speed is good and multiple devices work seamlessly.7) TV has YouTube which can be quite handy as there is hardly anything else to watch.Overall, its a good hotel but lot of hits & missess, which can be taken careoff.     The man in the white shirt and tie in the restaurant

    The hotel rooms are excellent, the cleanliness is perfect, the location is very good, the reception staff are very kind, one morning at breakfast a gentleman in a white shirt and tie and a girl were like husband and wife, the girl touched the man's private parts in front of us, but the staff were so friendly that the gentleman with the earring and the girl almost kissed each other on the lips, I did not like these actions at all.     Flawless experience even for the most demanding guests

    We came as a delegation of 20 people, certainly not the easiest clients to handle, with new requests almost every day (or hour 😅). Yet the entire experience was smooth and enjoyable thanks to the professionalism of the team and the outstanding leadership of the General Manager.The GM was always available, whether to answer a question or to make a request happen, and he did so with a consistently professional and positive attitude. His calm leadership and attention to detail gave us confidence that everything was under control, and it turned what could have been a hectic business trip into a truly enjoyable one.Rusul, the joker and the rest of the staff matched this energy with cheerful, attentive service, ensuring that every member of our group felt taken care of. We left extremely happy and impressed by how well the hotel managed such a demanding delegation. Very clean, excellent food and delicious wine 🍷 Cannot beat the location with a lot of nice bars and restaurants around. Highly recommended.     Located in Istanbuls business Districts Levent, the Hotel offers a convenient Setup for business travellers. It is a footwalk away from metro stations and surrounded by restaurants and shopping centres. The hotel itself is fairly new and has a very modern, western style. It's clean and has free WiFi. There is also a cafe Nero in the building.
