  Not Deluxe but Dump. Cockroachs,no water pressure,no hot water. Everything falling apart.Dirty. No service. No WIFI Profiting from the Newport City address.

  Low-class, shabby hotel with non-existent services: we stayed 8 nights during which the room was not cleaned, I had to repeatedly ask for the towels to be changed and for the room to be cleaned, the staff replied that it would be done but then the requests were not fulfilled. The sweet breakfast was non-existent: even butter and orange juice were missing! I booked a triple room and upon my arrival, without being notified in advance, they wanted to give me a double room for three people!!! The nauseating smell of sewage continued inside the room which made our stay unlivable, mold in the bathroom and a clogged shower drain which threatened to flood the room... During our stay, we were trapped inside the elevator experiencing moments of real panic with a 9-year-old girl who was traumatized... Non-existent cleaning and inability on the part of the staff to handle customer requests and resolve problems... refrigerator and air conditioning not workingThe only good thing is the location!

  The hotel needs urgent renovations, not enough space for breakfast, but my problem was with the receptionist that called us a taxi, we payed 50 euro (uber was showing us 32 euro) but we said he knows better. The worst experience ever, the driver was not speaking english, and instead of 1 hour to the airport we made 2 hours, almost missed the flight, because he doesn’t want to go on the highway because he will pay, even if we tell him that, he argue with us and we felt very unsafe 😢😢 So don’t ask at the reception for taxi, it is not good. I’m so upset that happened that..because I love Istanbul.. and that experience disappointed us enormously 😔

  I really enjoyed this hotel. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the breakfasts are fresh and delicious, and if you run into any problems, they’re resolved very quickly. Wishing you a wonderful stay.

  We booked to stay at this hotel from 27th July to 2nd August 2025, 6 nights.We arrived on 27th in the evening and the shower head was broken. This was replaced the next day.On Monday evening we came back from the town @ midnight, employees of the hotel were outside, and we were told that there was no electricity to one block, which was our block. Our room was on the 3rd floor, lift was not working so we had to use the stairs, stairs had no lights, and very dangerous. We managed to get into our room, which had no A/C, no light, boiling hot. We were told that the electricity company was coming to fix the issue in 40mins. We waited 40 mins nobody turned up. We were left with no A/C, until 06.30am on Tuesday morning. We complained about this to the person on reception, he was not helpful and did not really care and was very rude.On Tuesday evening, whilst we were in the room, the electric went off again at 10pm. I complained to reception as this was unacceptable, we had children and my elderly mother, who was suffering from heat stroke. Again they were rude and had no customer service skills. For a 2nd night we had no A/C, no lights, no electric until Wednesday 6am.We could not stay like this in such a hotel, so I spoke to reception on Wednesday morning and agreed that they will refund me 3 nights and we would find somewhere else to stay. The person on reception agreed to this and said that the accounts team would process the refund. We stayed at Apriils Hotel, which was excellent. I was waiting for a refund for 3 nights and we still have not got this. Booking.com have said that the hotel, did not agree to the refund.I would not stay at this hotel, customer service is very rude, food is very poor and the hotel has electricity issues.
