    Absolutely Frustrating Experience — Not Suited for International Travelers

    They truly do not make hotels more useless than this one. I booked a one-night stay for my elderly father who had a layover in Istanbul, and the experience was a disaster from the start. My first red flag was the complete lack of communication — no responses to emails or WhatsApp messages when I tried to confirm his booking and arrange airport transportation.I finally got someone on the phone the day before his scheduled arrival and sent over his flight itinerary. The language barrier was another major issue — my father does not speak Turkish, and there was no one at the hotel who spoke English. We had to rely on translation apps via WhatsApp just to get basic information across.The worst part came on his departure. The hotel arranged transport but sent him to the wrong airport, causing him to miss his flight. They took no responsibility for the error and offered no help in rebooking. We were left to deal with the fallout entirely on our own.This hotel is completely unprepared to accommodate international guests. Dealing with them was frustrating and stressful — an experience I would not wish on anyone. Avoid at all costs if you expect even the most basic level of service or accountability.

    We got there at night. The lobby and elevator were filthy. There was old food sitting in the stairwell of the 4th floor. But the rooms were completely clean. We were just staying there between flights. For that it worked great. They provide a shuttle to the airport which was super handy.

    We booked a room via Otelfiyat.com3 adults and a 12 year old.When we came to the room we found out that it has only 3 single beds. When we raised the issue they said they are full and can sort this tomorrow. Sadly Im staying only 1 night.Very disappointed about this booking, they should not have sold this as we are 4 people.1.Hotel itself seemed very outdated.2.Old and fiddly switch on the ground floor And only can carry 2 people.3.WiFi did not connect , they said they will reset the router that's was the last I heard.I managed without wifi as I had mobile data.4.The bathroom shower switch was unusually very hard to operate.5.AC was poor could not make the room comfortable as it was not capable of making the room cold.Sadly very disappointed, will avoid this hotel in future.

    I stayed for 1 day for my overseas trip. There are clean quaint deluxe rooms at a hotel with friendly helpful staff. The four-star buffet has a breakfast with a magnificent Turkish table. The price is suitable.There is an airport shuttle at an extra reasonable price, the private VIP car arrived at the time I wanted at night and provided very safe transportation. Recommend.     Everything is perfect. The staff is very kind. The location is in a good place. Near to Istanbul Airport. The rooms are very clean. breakfast is excellent. New Hotel.
