    Amazing, respectful and unity. I had the most lovely experience in dencity hotel in instabul. OMAR ! He a very nice man always smiling and a kind heart, Omar and the staff were very nice, well dressed and spoken. I love the hotel the customer service was amazing and top tier good quality, the food was great in my liking. Omar if you are reading this! Thank you. You really took care of me during my four night stay. You are great sweetheart and very easy to talk to. I will definitely recommend to stay in this hotel visiting turkey! I truly had a great experience! Thank you again. Omar gave me tea and bread because I was waiting for transfer at 6:30 PM and had to check out at 12:00 PM. Very thoughtful and kind. Omar he works at the front desk and wear glasses. Very helpful and thank you all the staffs working there also. Thank you so much !!! The room is very clean and the vibe was stunning

    This hotel is worst hotel in Istanbul location is so horrible and scary so noisy and mouldy room. Not recommended and Laos we booked through last minute.com they are so bad and their service is so slow they don’t help you in any matter. Staff was okay but hotel is so bad and food was not good no coffee machine it’s better if you take your own coffee sachet with you. And you can’t sleep area is like homeless people live around there so noisy and scary night we had even we booked for three nights but we left early after one night.

    Very very kind staff,warm welcoming, rooms were clean and spacious,breakfast had all you needed very clean and tasty,its close to taksim but if you go by walking it will be tiring due to the high inclining of streets.Spa is not so big and some times sauna wont heat enough,other than this I d highly recommend this hotel ✔️Me and my family loved it and we went there many times.

    Hotel may be listed as a four star but in fact facilities I would suggest more of a 3 star. The rooms were clean, with mini bar and balcony. Bathroom clean and updated with shampoo, conditioner and hairdryer. Towels clean, fluffy and fresh.Location might be a bit sketchy but taxis readily available and hotel not too far from TaksimViews from balcony not the best and only 1 English TV channel. No plug sockets by the bedside so not possible to charge phones etc.. next to you.Hotel is clean, affordable and quiet. You will hear the call to prayer as mosque is a street away however this didn’t bother us at allThe staff at this establishment are exceptional They make up for the little minor hiccups in the room. They will go above and beyond to help you and make your stay as memorable as possible.Omer and Denya are outstanding. They deserve a promotion and pay rise as they go above and beyond to help you.

    The photos of Dencity is the best thing about the hotel - they advertised soundproof rooms - what a joke.This is one of the noisiest hotel we have ever stayed in - the street noise goes on day and night - people are allowed to smoke in their room and the air conditioner spreads the smoke to all rooms. The room stunk of dampness and mould. The choice of breakfast items was poor. For the money choose somewhere else.
