  Pros: the apartment has everything you need. Great location with everything in walking distance.Cons: it is not spotless. You pay 80 euros for final cleaning but some parts are dirty. A bit dated but fine for what you pay.Beware of cleaning!!!!   GREAT! We had a great time

  Great value for money. It's not the Grand Hotel, and this is not what we were looking for. The structure is almost opposite the crossbar for Corsican boarding, with covered parking spaces and great ease of parking. The apartment is spotlessly clean with all the useful amenities for a stay. In the surroundings and a short walk away are supermarkets, pizzerias, bars and restaurants: in short, the area is more than served. With a pleasant 10-minute walk you arrive in the center.The price is perfect for the period, for Santa Teresa and for what the Residence offers. I recommend it and think we will come back here on our next holiday in Gallura.   Basic apartment no thrills, did the job but could have easily been better with a few basics met.....   Very bad service, unfriendly, room in basement

  When I arrived there was nobody there, I had no idea where to go because there was no reception. Just by chance I head that I had to go to the villa to the hotel Mirty bianchi. I was very tired from driving from the airport to St. Teresa and I had already been waiting and searching for 1 hour. When I arrived at the reception at Hotel Mirty bianchi, the manager shouted at me I should wait outside and that others were also waiting - just that I had been waiting already before. Then another guy brought me back and showed me the studio: it was in the basement below ground! it was dark and cold. I was shocked, on the picture in booking.com there was a lot of light. but the guy said they had nothing else availalble and would not give me my money back. I stayed in there for 3 nights and couldn't sleep because it was so damp and cold. Only on my 4th day they gave me a nice studio upstairs after I complained. Don't book this place or Mirti bianchi, I also heard others who complained about their room. For us a discontent guest is never a good thing.We just want to specify that in each web page or catalogue where the property is published we underline that the check-in is at Residence I Mirti Bianchi, so, as you remembered the day of your arrival, it is there that you have to go to take the keys to your apartment.We also regret that you do not recommend the Residence I Mirti Bianchi without ever having stayed. It is a beautiful structure with all the amenities.Anyway, After your complaints, colleagues at the reception office, as you writed, assigned you another apartment. We are really sorry that even in this way, your vacation has not improved.we remain available to any clarification on this and we hope have you again as our guest in the future.Have a good continuationThe Staff
