    ⭐ Warning: Stay Away from Diamond Suites ⭐I recently had a nightmare experience at Diamond Suites during my vacation in Istanbul, and I feel compelled to share my experience to prevent others from going through the same ordeal.Upon arrival, the initial impression of the hotel seemed promising. However, my excitement quickly turned into horror when I discovered a severe sanitation issue in my room. As I prepared to go to bed, I was shocked to find the pillow infested with live Cimicidae (bed bugs). This was not just a few bugs; the pillow was crawling with them!Disturbed and concerned for my health, I immediately brought this to the attention of the staff and the manager. To my disbelief, instead of addressing the issue with professionalism and care, they responded with discourtesy and anger. Not only did they fail to offer a solution or apologize, but they also rudely asked me to leave the hotel.This level of disregard for guest safety and well-being is absolutely unacceptable. No one should have to endure such unsanitary conditions, especially in a place where they expect comfort and relaxation during their vacation.I urge anyone considering staying at Diamond Suites to think twice. The lack of cleanliness and the hotel's dismissive attitude towards guest complaints are serious red flags. Don't risk your health or ruin your vacation by staying here.It's disappointing to have had such a negative experience, but I hope sharing this review will help others make an informed decision. Choose a hotel that values guest satisfaction and maintains proper sanitation standards. Avoid Diamond Suites at all costs.

    When we pulled up to the hotel we thought we'd made a huge mistake. Properties on the street looked pretty dilapidated. However, once inside, we were greeted by incredibly friendly, helpful staff who made our stay unforgettable. Nothing was too much trouble for either the day or night staff. Because of the unrest in Taksim Square, they ferried us around in their own cars. The rooms were well furnished, immaculate and spacious. The service was first rate and we were even given a present of a clock with 'as your home' printed on it. The metro is only a few hundred yards away at the top of the road with excellent links to all attractions. There are two great fish restaurants also at the top of the road (safe to walk to). This road then leads directly to Taksim Square with plenty of shops to peruse. In the other direction- one stop by metro or again within easy walking distance is a great mall. Can't wait for our return trip.
