This city hotel is situated in the heart of the shopping centre of Mecidiyeköy, in the new part of the city. The lively city centre is around 3 km from the hotel. The tourist centre is some 8 km and can be reached in around 15 min by public transport.

18 junior suites, 9 suites, 19 single rooms and 98 double rooms are located on 9 storeys and can be reached by 2 lifts. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     My friend and I arrived to your hotel yesterday evening. We also left our car in valet. I've stayed at your hotel many times before and have even recommended your hotel to family and friends. However the following day we went to the front desk to retrieve our car, mind you we lost the valet card, we had pictures of our vehicle and license plates. The front desk manager was very rude to my companion and said he might have stolen the vehicle. The manager wouldn't even look at our photos. The bell boy who helped us the night before knew us and my friend told him to tell the manager and he wouldn't speak. After the manager made a call he then gave us our key. This left a bad impression for us. First, never tell a customer you might have stolen a car, second this should have been handled in a professional manner especially since he is dealing with tourist. I've come from the USA to stay at your hotel. Secondly, even if I was a turkish citizen everyone should be treated with respect. This manager obviously lacks experience and should not be working with the customers who check in or need assistance in the hotel. Because of this incident I'm not really wanting to stay in this hotel again. One last thing, the auto park for the hotel damaged my front end of my vehicle due to multiple potholes in the entrance. The workers said it was my fault. When leaving I saw a man in a Mercedes also with damage from the potholes. As much as this hotel makes there should be enough money to spare to fix the entrance. I recommend people think twice before using the auto park.

    My stay was from 20-24 of September, room #502. I would like to appreciate for the First Class service following Divan City hoteliers:From the Front Office: Berkay, Alp, Esra, Gizem (was extremely helpful indeed), Eren, Nilufer hanım, Erdem (trainee). From the restaurant: Emrecan (always caring), wonderful ladies Seval, Emine, Ebru and others, manager Fatih bey - all were so much friendly over the breakfast.     The location is pretty central and has easy access to a main metro station and a very big shopping centre.The hotel has a nice and friendly bar(with a resident cat). It has a nice sun terrace. The breakfast buffet is very good with a large selection of hot and cold foods.We also ate at the restaurant in the evening a few times. The staff at the hotel are friendly and keen to please.It is on a very busy main road which can be a bit noisy in the afternoon and night.Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.     A hotel where you could lose your life

    Never come, if you do not wanna to lose your life! I was awakened by the sound of someone violently opening the door on June 27th 2024 .I saw from the peephole that someone in black t-shirt, middle-length hair, intended to broke into my room at around 1120-1130 at night violently on this Thurday night. It happened the same day just after I requested the room cleaning in the morning. Luckily I blocked the door inside，otherwise he must came in！However, the front line cannot be got through (interesting, right?) The man outside still wanna to break in even if I hold the doorknob tightly inside. I vigorously knocked the door insided then he left. I cannot imagine, with the century-old door and lock, the poor security, and also possibly the collusion with staffs，I will lose my money？ Be raped？ Or even lose my life？ I stayed up the whole night in case he came back again and checked out early in the morning. The staff refunded my unstaying amount，without asking me what happened. Who knows what will happen if I do not block the door. Rublish hotel！ I have cancelled my schedule on Friday and rebook another flight back home to save my life. Never come to this rubish hotel！If you wanna a suiside，just go！ I did not call the police as I do not know whether it is real or not. I cannot trust anyone in this hell on earth.
